    A logic 101 class would make it clear why your logic would fail. But it appears that is beyond your grasp. I offered you a simple bet to find out why you're wrong. But it appears your words are just drivel that you refuse to back. You seem so assured that BetPhoenix is insolvent, yet don't wanna make any money off that belief. Maybe you just hate money.

    Go back and read what I've really said

    I haven't ever stated that I'm convinced that BP is insolvent. I've never had an account or anything to do with them.

    I've asked the question why are they so slow paying (if indeed they are)

    I've said that if they, or any other book, isn't paying up within reasonably accepted time then they ought to be blacklisted as prima facie they are insolvent.

    I've yet to see you or anyone else mount any sort of intelligent argument to the contrary.

    They are paying by ** and **, and very quickly. These methods are maxed at $850 though, and come with high fees.

    They currently have no ability to send checks. I tried a wire transfer instead, which they told me would take 3-4 days. A full week later, they hadn't even started the process. They agreed to do 2 Moneygrams and 1 ** instead. They also agreed to waive the fees.

    If you are trying to withdraw more than $850, it can be a pain in the ass.

    OK so according to BP they have a "max cashout every 7 days". I just received withdrawal yesterday and they say I cannot put in another request for another 7 days. Then the processing time is 8-10 business days.

    THIS IS NOT "MAX CASHOUT EVERY 7 DAYS"

    This is 7 days + 10 business days (if they dont slowpay) = 2.5 weeks for a withdrawal
