    Can BWIN be trusted?

I have an account with bwin but only used it for one very small deposit ages ago. I see they are rated C- with quite a few complaints but these complaints seem to have been resolved with SBRs help (shouldn't have happened in the first place I suppose you can say)

However, they are offering me a bonus to redeposit. So I'm asking the general SBR forum readers,

Can BWIN be trusted with my cash?

    Cheers

Should be alright if you don't cheat them.
can't be a big bonus anyway, if it's for betting and not poker or casino or something.

Not a huge bonus 100% match up to 200 Euro , it's only got a 2x rollover which is why I was tempted to take it.

They limit you extremely quickly but they do pay you as long as you upload your documents to their security department. I withdrew from them last year because they gave me absolutely pathetic, tiny limits (which they are entitled to do, as long as they pay). Anyway, they did pay me my cash, which was over 5000 pounds of profit, mainly earned during the French Open. Took about 5-7 days to receive the cash via Moneybookers, was the slowest Moneybookers withdrawal I have ever experienced, normally its done within 24 hours. I had already sent them my documents before withdrawing but the Moneybookers withdrawal was still much slower than expected. Can't complain too much though because I did get my money eventually.

Cheers for sharing your experience. 5-7 days for a book as big as bwin to pay 5K via Moneybookers is ridiculous. 24 hourds is even too long imo. The fastest withdrawal I have ever seen was from Paddy power, ok, It was for only 750 Euro but I requested a withdrawal and literally in the time it took to make a cup of tea and sit back down at my computer, the withdrawal was in my moneybookers account! I never wait over an hour for a withdrawal from PP.

Say what you like about Paddy power with their stupid limits etc etc but they have withdrawals. Don't mean to sound like a shill (I actually wouldn't recommend any serious punter to them) but for the odd bet that they have better odds on, I'll throw the bet their way. Last time I received a statement from them, I was a measly 800 odd euro up on them, at least its a plus

BET365 though cannot and I mean CANNOT take a hit. They removed my ACCUMULATOR (PARLAY) option after my 2 Euro 9 team accumulator won over TWO years ago. It was mostly favorites but I did win over a thousand euro with it plus a nice bonus due to their promotional offer. The odd time I will place a large accumulator for a very small stake, for, I dunno, keep the fun in betting maybe. I have won a couple but on so many, it's always that ONE selection that fooks you over

i use bwin without problems... mb payouts in my experience take 1 day for low figures - 200EUR or so, and 2-3 days for 1000EUR, which is max single payout stated at my acc.

In my opinion, Bwin is not a good sportsbook. If you win they will give you very low stake limit. Moreover for US sports they have very low lines. In addition, their web is quite slow. On the other hand, no problems with withdrawing and wide range of opportunities especially on soccer (and also many live betting soccer events are avalaible). In conclusion, for someone who takes betting seriously, bwin is not a good choice because of the low limits...but I wouldnt be afraid of security.

PS. I am sorry for my bad english.

Cheers for the info. After emailing them to ask is there any further restrictions on the bonus, I was told I am not eligible for the bonus despite the fact that I included the email they sent to me??? Thats bad CS. Ah we'll, needless to say, I won't be using them unless they reinstate the offer.

Why bother emailing me with a bonus if I'm not eligible for it?

oh, i thought it was done deal already.

actually i think bwin could be rated a notch higher. most the complaints around were double-account, same-ip types.

If you are a winner don't use them as you'll be limited after a few bets and can probably have problems about your bets.
Don't use them at all. This is a shit book.

Yes most of the complains are about double-account, but this as made them completly paranoid, and in some cases unfair to some users.
I have no complain with them but I dont trust them.

Allowing only small-time occasional bettors having the opportunity to bet on everything is the key of books success. In bwin they know that very well.

Bwins sportsrules for baseball(MLB) is very strange. https://help.bwin.com/General/Legal/..._baseball.aspx

    you cant find anything what happened with pitcher change. I personally emailed them about this and was telling this from daniel.arroyave@bwin.org;

I already got an answer concerning your question:

According to our bookmakers we in general never quote the pitchers. All bets stand regardless of any changes – that’s actually also stated in our rules, in general all bets stand, exceptions are mentioned explicitly (no exception mentioned for baseball).”

    I hope this helps.

    Best regards,

    Daniel

I now emailed him back and wait for reply. Because I still cant this answer in their baseball rules. This should be stated somewhere on their baseballrules.

Now I wonder if someone got their bets cancelled because of pitcher-change?
