Can't believe sportsbetting.com is number 7. Their website doesn't even work half the time.

I believe it. If you google "sportsbetting" it's the first entry that pops up. Must get a LOT of square action.

Stay informed with the -FH- USA RANKINGS that are released here every FRIDAY.

The rankings will be expanded to 15 shops this coming Friday, up from what has been the traditional TOP TEN.

That is a traffic report, not a quality report. Betus has more sports players than any other US facing business at this time although Bodog is gonna make a run already signing the edmonton oilers and the LA Galaxy to deals this year. Look at googles keywords for betting related terms, and you will betus at the top of nearly every one of them. 90% of those guys will never see a payment because they are small square net loss clients.

Bigger players with half an opinion are shown the door on the first dog bet, but doesn't matter when you have sooo many square clients parlaying their life away.

How we compile the US Top 20 @ BetRankings.com

                        Hello all,

We wanted to address some of the concerns expressed above, regarding just how BetRankings.com compiles both its US Top 20 and Global Top 25 weekly rankings.

We utilize several of the major Web panel services, that measure traffic, reach, time spent online, keywords, etc. We then create a weighted average -- by panel methodology only, not any side agreements with operators -- that leads to our Top 20/25 rankings.

It is intended as a unique visitor traffic measure only. There are no reviews or grading of the sites -- SBR does a fine job of this, so there is no need for another product in that regard.

We do have banners for sites, but they are for affiliate programs only, should visitors see the list and wish to follow through to a site. Banner inventory was allocated solely based on the traffic rankings, as well as whether a sports book approved our affiliate application. Some still have not.

We we're trying to do is create as objective a view into audience traffic figures as possible. We feature an RSS feed section to SBR, so that site visitors also have access to that kind of review information and alerts.

I hope that answers the questions above. Thank you for discussing it.

Also, this week's new rankings are now up, for the US and Global sites. I'd put a link up, but I do not want the moderator to think we're spammers.

                        Best,

                        Catherine
