They have always paid me within 48 hours-ish no problem. Moneybookers and some bookies had problems a little while ago, but I don't know if that is still going on.

The last payout was sometime in february I think. I don't play there as much now because if you place a bet, say around midnight here in europe, they may chose to "conditionally accept" the bet, which means that they only accept a part of the bet and that a trader has to approve the rest. However they don't have traders on in the evenings so they will decide to accept it or not in the morning. This could potentially cause a problem if you are betting on an event that starts in the evening in america.

They say that they "decide to accept it or not without looking at the score". To their credit they have accepted bets that were winners, but I don't think you should trust a bookie that operates like this.

3 weeks ive been waiting for my Moneybookers withdrawal. I sends them a message about changing my details on my account and get a reply in 15 mins. I send a message about my withdrawal and get no reply at all even when ive sent it to management, help desk and customer services.

4 weeks now ive been waiting for my Moneybookers withdrawal. I have had a email from the management finally just stating that my withdrawal is known by the payments department but didnt give me any other information on when it will be processed.

    Bad times ahead for Globet.

Citlec, how much are you waiting for? Have you filled out the complaint form here? If you think they might be in trouble, I'd start really pushing them for payment and take a screenshot of your balance.

Their website says they're UK-regulated. So remind them that gambling debts are legally enforceable here (Gambling Act 2005), and explain that if they don't pay you in X days, you'll complain to IBAS and the Gambling Commission, and consider proceeding against them in small claims court. I'm not sure if either IBAS/GC jurisdiction over a simple payout issue, but I'd guess they would at least contact them for you, which might get you paid.

If you're Moneybookers VIP, you could also contact your rep, who might be able to provide some assistance... a nudge or two (though this carries the risk of them locking their MBers account, so I'm less sure about this route).

Yes i have filled out a complaints form this morning. I will be contacting them by phone tomorrow to see why its not been processed. My balance is just over 1k. I had a couple of winners in the world cup after i found funds i forgot was in there which took my balance over 1k. I was withdrawing it all because i dont want to use them anymore. I will speak to them tomorrow and see what they say and inform SBR of my results.

    this is scam
I register 2 days ago, do deposit 10 euro, bets and lost
Has asked a bonus, but they have told that to them is necessary international passport,Which at me isn't present(I rus)
How it turns out, it is possible to play without check of an account and to deduce money with check which I to pass never I can?
Let will return the deposit as to me to solve this problem?

I have also now been waiting 2 weeks for a moneybookers withdrawal (£840) from Globet and have already completed a SBR complaint form.
I have contacted them 3 times by email and once by phone but without getting any definate time when the withdrawal will be completed.
This is very unusual as I have used this bookie for years without any problems.
Is it too early to complain to IBAS ?

Maybe they have severe cash flow problems if all were paid at once.
Sounds like a big Ponzi scheme to me.
I have a claim of 1500 pounds they wont send me since they insist on an IBAN, despite the fact Australian banks do not use them. eg. see

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Interna...Account_Number

Banks in Australia and New Zealand have not adopted IBAN, and tend to use Bank State Branch codes for domestic transfers and SWIFT for international.

Globet claim Australian banks do use IBAN (I rang my bank twice) and wont pay without one.

I started a new thread here

    http://www.sportsbookreview.com/forum/sportsbook...l-refusal.html

Doesnt sound like I should be too hopeful.
Any suggestions from you guys who got paid out earlier this year?
