    man If I were them I will just bann them to do this stealing crap. They are still "NOT" doing great job on gambling business. Looks like they are trying to recover the lost from new players now cuz they keep sending all these 100% bonuses crap and try to deposit money.. I hope someone take action towards them and shutdown their site or take away their gambling license so they won't do this kind of stupid shit.. hate to see gambling site like this..

    I agree, it's a shame .......they not only don't pay if you win but they keep your deposit....it's just fraud and robbery........it's no wonder politicians get away with demonizing the online gambling industry......crooks like this ruin it for the legitimate sites

    Gladly Lou.......From what I've been told by Dimeline.......they claim that BTG Gaming handles all their payments........BTG had previously frozen my accounts and refused to pay me on two other sites (Daily Dime & Wagerunit)......To save my deposits on those sites I had the charges reversed by the CC bank ......They still owe me >$500 at these two sites....

    Unfortunately, I didn't realize at the time that Dimeline was part of the same crooked operation........DOH'

    All books in the BTG group harbor around the rating of D. They like to freeze accounts while bonus complaints are meted out for whatever reason, apparently customer service is not an area the books excel in.

    However, they've claimed that your two chargebacks were made prior to your rollover being met. Their software is poor and allows players to request withdrawals at any time.

    Charging back two books and then depositing at a third in the same family is a recipe for disaster, charging back in general should be the last, last possible resort. While you may have disagreed with their grounds for locking your account and felt that your funds were lost, we have received no complaints at all where any BTG book outright "stole" a deposit.

    I'm waiting for Dimeline to provide wagering logs showing how close you were to rollover.

    I got a $1,500 check in February in a couple of weeks from dimeline. A couple weeks ago they emailed me apologizing for the withdrawal delay and said they'd finally sent my check. Real competent book.

    Thanks for your help Lou........and I agree that a ********** should only be made in extreme situations but when BTG called me and told me they weren't going to pay and then froze my accounts they didn't give me alot of choice. BTW, when the rep telephoned me he never said he was with BTG and never questioned the rollover requirements. Why freeze the account if the problem is rollover?

    I had already deposited at Dimeline when I requested the chargebacks at the other two sites. I realized to late they were in the same group.

    I've been using books and casinos for almost 5 years and never had anyone tell me they weren't going to pay. The issue of trust is crucial in this business, especially for those of us in the US. I still don't understand the relationship between the sites and BTG.

    I sure hope you're right about BTG not "stealing". Thanks again.

    I've got nothing but good things to say about the CS at Dimeline, unfortunately they have nothing to do with the payments. They had paid me small amounts in the past. As a MOF they are still offering fantastic bonuses. The latest I received was 100% up to $2000.

    just recieved a payment today....been a while since i recieved anything due to some issues...but now suppose to recieve wire Payments here on out (max $1000 minus fees: $930). Im new to this site n rarely post....just thought i put out there b4 the fingers point that im some employee of dimeline....

    I got several payments from them 18 months ago ... before I read all the stuff here about them. crushed their casino and got big rebates for doing so.
