BetPlatinum (SBR rating C-) slow-paying two players; advertising payout methods they do not offer. The sportsbook has owed one bettor $10,000 for over six months claiming they can only offer ** which is not available in Poland where the player resides. The sportsbook advertises **, Neteller, bank drafts and cahsiers checks. BetPlatinum has recently outsourced its wagering operation to BetEagle (SBR rating C) but remains in charge of its own banking.
Does your sportsbook advertise a withdrawal method it will not use? Players are encouraged to share this information with SBR.
"Currently on their website I see that they offer **, **, cashiers checks, and bank wires for withdraw methods."
Just FYI, no checks or bank wires to withdraw they say, despite what the website says. And also, the last update had something to do with the withdrawal methods as you can see here:

I did catch that as well on the newswire on this one. However, I was just merely pointing out that they got rid of their Neteller option since then was all (my apologies for the confusion).
I wasn't the one that fielded this complaint originally NG, but let me inquire to Mr.Dozer on the current status of this dispute.
