    Pyramidcasino funds disappeared?

I had a four figure balance at Pyramidcasino.com. The people at Sportsbetting.com say they released the money to Betonusa, Betonusa says that they don't have the Pyramid accounts. I also had an account at the old Betonusa that went to the new platform OK. I just spent around an hour on the phone in a 3 way with Betonusa and Sportsbetting. Didn't get me an answer but I'm hoping it escalated the situation. I can login at Sportsbetting with my Pyramidcasino ID, shows a $0 balance but Sportsbetting can give me the balance the account had over the phone.

Looks like that merger didn't go all that smoothly even with them telling there customers they would be offline for some outrageous time frame. Sorry to hear you were one of the many thousands of people waiting for them to fix this one.

Feel free to contact us if you are in need of some assistance Dog

It sounds like your account is with Sportsbetting.com which is the Sportsbook.com Group. How does Sportsbetting.com come into play for you? Where did you last see this balance online?

Looking at similar complaints, I am guessing they put you in Sportsbetting while Pyramid accounts were being ported over to Futurebet and Pyramid was ultimately rolled into BetOnUSA.

Last saw the balance at Pyramidcasino.com before the URL started taking me to Betonusa.com. I went in circles yesterday, I can't believe I'm the only one who had funds at Pyramid. Betonusa claims they have no responsibility for this. There's got to be someone who had funds at Pyramid.

Sounds to me like you're getting the run-around and are going to get screwed.

    Bill:

I still don't know who was even supposed to get my funds: Sportsbetting or Betonusa? Have you had any response?

I have been laying low since I had to withdraw over $3K from my Betonusa account which I received about a month ago and now both checks have cleared. I just received a promo call from Sportsbetting and I told them that I was still missing the Pyramidcasino funds. I can still log in there with my Pyramid ID. They told me to call Betonusa again.

I called Betonusa and for the first time a customer service representative named Ruby told me that Pyramidcasino was an affiliate of theirs (which I think everyone knows) and that they took over the accounts. A "Mr. Montgomery" I spoke to previously had told me otherwise. She then put me on hold for several minutes and told me she was mistaken. Looks like Betonusa should have my $9541.71. I wish someone would put some pressure on Betonusa to help me resolve this.

    Dog,

Your issue is discussed or mentioned to them almost monthly. It will never go away for them but this is a book that steals. Hopefully they want to move on in the future as they have on some other issues during long term discussions.

I never got the money. I am looking into resubmitting an inquiry since Sportsbetting is now under new ownership and looking to improve their image.
