Why Keep Betting Cascade?

I live and bet in Vegas so I never have these problems but I do have a question.

If there is a thread dedicated to disputes with a certain book why would people keep using that book. Is it just so you have fodder to post? If they suck dont use them. Seems pretty simple to me. Any thoughts?

Cascade was A- when we deposited.
They stopped doing payouts in April.
Not much we could've done after that...
