    again and again bwin, SBR should just rated them as a D or F, in every forum is the same thing, I never seen so much disrespect for the costumer.

    Hard to say who's right in this case as there is no information.

    They are getting ripped off. Offshore books are getting easier and easier to hit. Many of them simply do not hae the technology to stay ahead of the game. They Mickey Mouse things, and can't figure out why they get ripped off.

    Interestingly, I heard a radio interview last night (UK) with Mark Davies, the founder of Betfair. He said that they (Betfair) view BWin as their main competition and benchmark their performance against them. Unfortunately, he didn't elaborate exactly in what ways, but I thought it was an interesting choice. He said that people might think it would be the big UK bookies (William Hill, Ladbrokes, etc.), but they'd be mistaken.

    ETA: OP, come back! Why bother complaining, if you're not prepared to give useful information?

    I am from Ukraine.

    I played on Bwin from my computer and on my mobile phone about one month and when I have won,I gave the copy of passport to them and have made the order for payment and after that they have blocked the account.
    I have not any bonus and played only in Live.Their answer for my complaints

    psv, did you fill out the complaint form here, like Justin7 suggested? He has a good working relationship with them on behalf of SBR, so should be able to find out the reason for the closure and try and recover your funds, as long as you did nothing wrong.

    When you fill out the complaint form (link in my sig), be sure to give as much information as you can, a bit like your post above, but explaining exactly how much you deposited, size and type of your bets, how much you won, when you requested a withdrawal, and what happened when you did.

    It may be as simple as your mobile phone network having only limited IPs, and BWin over-reacting to the recent spate of fraudulent accounts.

    Justin should be able to help. Just give all the details you can. I'd edit out your e-mail address from your post, so you don't get unnecessary spam. SBR is your best bet here.

    [All of this assumes you only have one account, you don't live with anyone else who also has an account, you've never accessed your account from a friend/family member's house where they have an account, and such a person has never accessed their account from your home. Same for your mobile.]

    if they think ppl from eastern europe or the balkans cheat then they should not allow us to register. allowing us to register AND DEPOSIT and then blocking the accounts is just a fraud. and this stupid excuse about the 'attacks' is a lie. if you have 50 account that steal from you u dont block 10.000 accounts. and ofcouse they block your account if u r winning

I played for 22 months there. i was losing a lot. when i started to learn how to win they closed my account. up until january i had lost more than 8000 euros since i started. from january to mid march i'm winning about 800 euros so far. and ooopppsss account closed. what a coincedence... suddenly they find 'security problems'. I think that if this goes on some internatiolan agency or police like interpole should get involved. this is simply unacceptable

    It might help if you can clarify what Toit queried: what did you mean by the above statement? I'm guessing you meant the following: "I had 1 account. Bwin closed it. After they closed it, I opened a 2nd account so that I could watch Live sports videos. I deposited into this 2nd account, but only because that was a pre-condition for viewing videos. I have since asked them to close this 2nd account."

    Is that right? If it was opened after the 1st was closed, then it's irrelevant to your complaint.

    Or did you open this 2nd account when the 1st was still open?

    Even if you opened it after the 1st was closed, didn't you think that might be asking for trouble?

    3.In window I read : "For see live video you need deposits".
    4.And I close account.

    Obviously you're doing something shady or they wouldn't even be messing with you. There are two sides to every story, and Reputable Sportsbooks don't go around closing accounts unless there's a reason.
