I want to first state that I was the biggest BetPhoenix cheerleader in the forums for the last year before I sling a little mud.
I loved this book. They gave me 100% cash bonus on EVERY deposit I did over more than a year period and got same day payouts every time. Richard extended me credit and advances on a dozen or more occasions which were all paid back quickly. I hate to see all the relationships that Richard works so hard to build destroyed by his employees who dont get it.
I called for almost 2 hours trying to deposit on my way home from New Orleans and left 4-5 messages waiting on Charles to call me back because Sylvia said Charles needed to handle the deposit because I get 100% cash bonus instead of free play like everybody else. When he finally called back my action was about to go off so he took the plays on hand tickets. I thought he was just entering my plays in the system and advancing the funds like a dozen times before. I could call 7 days a week and have credit whenever I asked. I was to make the deposit on the way to our SuperBowl party which was no problem. He called me after the games won and said they were void because he didnt have the ** number yet which had never mattered before which was a sorry ass way of cheating me. Had my wagers lost he would have expected me to cover the losses as always. What a cheat. Charles is lying and Richard believes him for some reason. I will not send this book my money even if they start having Kathy and Sylvia give blowjobs for bonuses.
I also read a thread on Covers this morning where a players was automatically charged 500 with no authorization from himself. They claim it was a processor problem and had happened to several players. They all are recorded and can be pulled by phone number. They just chose for this to not have been an advance situation like all the others because I won. Had I lost it would have been business as usual. They dont even deny having the hand tickets. They just wanted a win-win for themselves and I had 0% of a chance from the time we hung the phone up. I have always paid them when I lost advanced funds. This should have been no different than all the other times.

I am not saying that betphoenix isnt without their problems but i have had an account there for along time and have always been treated more than fairly by both Richard and my rep Larry. Last week i requested a *********** for $1000 to be sent to me on Monday and recieved it by Thursday with no fee. I also requested a ** payout for $750 on both Wed and Thurs and received both the same day.

I did have a casino issue a couple months ago and after talking to Richard, he handled everything perfectly and makde sure i was satisfied. I am not saying they are a perfect book but if your conversation is recorded and the facts are as you state they are, I find it hard to believe that Richard wouldnt handle this properly.

dunno , sucks because i know BP is a good book i am an agent and one of the larger fashion SBR can stand by this and not one of my guys or anyone i know has ever had problems taking money out . It seems to be they are taking a bit longer on the wallets i dont see a report of any USA player getting slow paid by ** , ** or checks. Two things. You have to check your account, either by phone or by computer after the plays are made by some process like this to make sure they were entered into the system. Hand-written tickets don't count.

However, if some guy who took your deposit promised something, he should honor it. If he takes your bets, he should make sure they are entered.
I've dealt with the sales guys at Betphoenix, and while most of them are straightforward and decent, a couple of them are a bunch of lying motherfukcers.

They change every promise in midstream, and you have to verify everything otherwise you are going to get screwed.

Second thing is I don't think they are hurting for money as much as they are not as well-organized and as well-run as they should be.

None of this would have been a problem had I been in town but I was on my way back from New Orleans and they had always just added my advance to my account and made my wagers. For some reason this one time Charles just wrote them on a hand ticket which apparently causes the deposit to have to be made before the game ended. If I had not established credit for several days at a time on several differenf occasions I would have no problem with this. Also I had sent money to cover losses on several different times so I thought I was covered this time too. I also made Charles admit that had I lost he would have asked me to send money to cover the losses. That being said I never had a 50/50 shot of winning anyway. Charles had always been on the up and up until that day. All I ca say is that Karma is a bitch and they are paying a little everyday because more and more players are shying away from them. They also lost my 6-8 deposits per month which doesnt sound like much but is quite a bit over the course of a year. I hope it was worth it.

Three wagers and the winnings totaled about 100 dollars which is why it is so stupid to lose a player that sends 6-8 deposits a month over this. I even gave them a new account referral 2 days before that happened but they wont get another one of those from me either. I didnt even get a referral bonus. I am happy back home at BetJamaica with Scotty and with Chuck and Tom at WagerHub and things couldnt be better. Karma is a bitch and they are having more problems than even Richard can make disappear.

I liked Betphoenix alot Am shying away lately because of all the complaints and the lack of Richards presence. Never requested a payout and never deposited a large sum of cash. I thought their website was a pretty solid design and CS was usually good. Wish they wouldnt solicit calls as much but it doesnt bother me much.

I am always torn though because I see 10 different people complain and then I see solid posters talking good about them

But who are the people who steadfastly ignore these issues and maintain this is a critical out? Yes, they offer reduced juice. But what else could possibly appeal to people about this book?

Also I posted up most of the time but was extended credit when I was in the hospital and when out of town because I wont give a book my credit card info. Those that follow my ramblings on here know that I am not a shill for anyone. My game is serious enough I was forced to leave the US as a result of the UIGEA. I have had minor difficulties with Phoenix and it is very annoying to me when they can't pay by ewallet, but I just try to be creative with them and get my money out in other ways. They have always been good about that. Yes, they need some better B2B options at this time. BUT, to answer your question above:

they are a must out because I believe my money is safe and they have opinionated numbers whether it be reduced or 110 lines.

Another thing to consider, guys on the ground in Costa like STP (in this thread) tend to know who is who and who is full of ..... Everybody knows everybody in this community.

So, if you are making 2 or 3 lunch money bets a day, you probably don't need an out like Phoenix. If you are serious about making money then you deal with the eccentricities and encourage them constructively to get better.

Asking for credit after you make withdrawls is a sure sign that you are trying a scam. Normally, people like yourself end up getting kicked out of most books, so get used to this.
