    BETUS Poor Experience.

    UPDATE: After 2 days, I was finally able to get a hold of John again and he informed me that I can log into the account and make a withdrawal of my deposit + winnings! So win win. Still a poor experience but I’m also partly at fault





    Today, I thought it was a good idea to gamble a little so I went to BetUS but couldn’t access my original account. So I said “alright, i’ll just make a new account.” Proceed to create this new account, deposit $500 in BTC, ended up losing close to $350 of it through online dealer games. Went on a run and turned my $150 to $900 then all of a sudden, I’m logged out of my account.

    I called BetUS and they said they have no interest in doing business with me since I created a new account. So I proceeded to ask them what about my funds. John, the security manager, said he needs to contact the online casino to validate if the winnings are legit. This was at 12:56 pm. He told me to call back at 3 pm for an update. I proceed to call him back at 3:00 pm and he said he just sent an email and to call back in an hour. So I proceed to call back at 4:00 pm and he said he’s heading out and once again said “I just sent the email over to the online casino team, try calling back at 6 pm or tomorrow.”

    So now I have $900 stuck in limbo awaiting a response. They had no issue when I was losing money but once I started winning, they flagged me and booted me off. Super disappointed in this experience even though I unknowingly made a 2nd account thinking there wouldn’t be an issue with it. After all, I did deposit via Bitcoin.

    Did you forget your password or something to make you create a new acct? They have the forgot PW on the site. Or did you forget Username? Did you take a bonus that was like a first deposit bonus again after having an acct before?

    Yea forgot the password. Hit reset, but it sent to an old email I couldn’t get access to so I just made an account. Didn’t take any bonuses. Completely locked out the account. So even if I wanted to try to withdraw, I cant.

    If you did not take any bonuses then they should give you your money . Let us know what their decision is. If they decide to not give it to you i would say that to them. Why are you keeping my money when your site would not let me log on and i did not take any bonuses. But maybe because you did not take it they will give it to you.

    Well you technically are multi-accounting...a phone call would have avoided this.

    Update:
    Called back at 6 pm yesterday. They said they should have an answer for me by tomorrow. Called again today, was informed that it’s still under review. I can’t get access to my funds until the account is reviewed. I asked “Well ok, what’s an estimated time line of how long accounts are under review for.” The answer I received was really reassuring…I was told that there is no time line and they can take as long as they want to. So what I feared is happening. My money is now stuck in limbo and going off he said she said, that’s why this company doesn’t do email so there’s no concrete proof.

    Sounds like a lot of unnecessary mucking about.

    But technically they can just give you your $500 deposit back if they want to be hard asses about the terms. So probably best to try and stay patient with them until paid.

    To be fair you did multi account which almost every offshore sportsbooks doesn't allow.
    So I don't think you can say poor experience, because you made mistake not BetUS

    That was good to see they paid you. They probably saw you did not do a second acct to take a bonus . I think most multi accts try that to take an extra bonus . So good thing you did not take one. I have been paid by Betus a couple times so this only shows they are more reliable then they were years ago. Which is good.
