    Heritage questions

Have most of you who are long time Heritage clients, experienced in the past 2 years, Heritage telling you that you can only communicate with them via email or chat. No longer can you use phone communication with them at all!
I find that this restriction means the answers I receive are limited in scope and not always accurate.
Customer Service personnel via email and chat simply do not seem to have the knowledge or clearance that personal from the more specific departments do to respond with concise, accurate info and assistance.
I am told that there is no way that my account can be updated to be able to have phone communication like I previously had available for more than a decade.

Heritage Registration - Yes or No ?

    Hi All,

Recently I've seen couple posts regarding registration issues at Heritage.

Is it known which areas are still able to register ?
Is there any list of allowed locations ?

    P.S

Could @Heritage Insider shed some light what is the current status there ?

    Cheers

Only way to find outt is to try to register.

They wont answer hypothetical questions about it that could help multi accounters beat their systems.

Heritage No Longer Accepting New Customers?

Saw this on a thread at BMR about Heritage. I haven't verified it myself. But, Bet105 did the same thing earlier in the year, which is part of the Heritage family.

Bet105 was limiting several accounts.... I think they wanted everyone back at Heritage. I'm still limited at Bet105 with 100 Max wagers.

I can't confirm them not accepting new accounts at Heritage. But IMO... with all the perks you get with them... I don't see why they wouldn't want new clients? It's a pretty damn good book business wise.

Yeah, I also got limited at Bet105 last summer to $100. It seems like they did that to a bunch of customers. I'm now starting to see some $50 limits on things like player props, quarter or halves bets, etc.

I really like Bet105 and Heritage. I was disappointed by being limited at Bet105. Hope that won't also occur at Heritage.

I'm not sure why Heritage is no longer accepting new customers. It seems to be one of the best offshore books to me.

I was the one who posted about it across the street. There have been a lot of reports over the last few months of people getting denied there. I had a friend in Cape Cod try to sign up. 800 credit score and never gambled in his life. No reason not to take his business. But they still denied him.
Glad I already have an account there. Sucks for newbies. One less out.

Pretty sure you will get denied. I don't think they are accepting new customers right now.

I actually emailed Bet105 yesterday. I asked them if they would reevaluate my account for higher limits... and are you still accepting deposits on this account? They said... your $100 limit will stand. And yes we were still accepting deposits.

I don't know exactly why you would even keep that 105 site up?? Like maintenance etc? I'm sure majority of the accounts are at $100 max. So why keep it operational? Very odd.

Well, kudos to you for at least trying to get your limits raised!
Yeah, you've got to wonder how many customers at Bet105 are stuck with $100 limits...and how many are going to stick around. Offering such low limits doesn't seem like a sustainable business model for a sportsbook. BWDIK???

B105 offers a lot of sports and a lot of options so limiting to $100 in the small markets makes sense. However I cannot understand the rationale for $100 on NFL or NBA. I tried to bet the Dolphins there Sunday about a half hour before kick and the limit was $10. At this point I am not certain what their plan is. If you are not taking on all comers in NFL and NBA what is the point of being a bookmaker. They appear to be well managed and the payouts are lightning fast so the disconnect is confusing.

Completely agree about the disconnect. I noticed those same $10 limits on NFL sides/totals on Sunday! So, I contacted live chat to ask what's going on.

I was put on hold for 20 minutes while the rep tried to get me an answer. He came back and told me he'd spoken both to Bet 105's line provider as well as to a risk manager at Bet105. They said the reasons for the low limits was because of "injury factors" that could affect these games. (This was right before kickoff time.)

I responded by saying that EVERY NFL game has "injury factors", and that this is nothing new. So, I then asked why hasn't Bet105 imposed these $10 limits before? The rep said he didn't know.

I then asked him to pass along a message to management. I said if you're only going to offer $10 limits on NFL games on game days, why are you even putting out these lines at all? And, for that matter, why are even still a sportsbook?

The whole thing seemed so odd to me. Like you said, it's a disconnect. So, I don't know what to make of Bet105 anymore. Or Heritage now either with them closing their book to new customers.

^ Bet105's statement to me was... I aggressively risked large wagers (single games) during the NBA Playoffs 2022. I do this with practically every book... not just them. I responded... what exactly does that mean? I thought gamblers try to wager on games because the goal is to win? lol They responded.... you should wager on 3-4 different games (daily) and spread your risk amount evenly. DO NOT ZERO IN ON 1 GAME.

I couldn't stop fukking laughing at that response. Did some 1st grader buy Bet105?? It was just a dumb excuse.

Bet 105 was (is) a failed experiment for Heritage. The ridiculously low limits currently for basically everyone is a signal that this Book is ready to throw in the towel. Wouldn't be surprised if they pull the plug after football and offer to transfer our funds to Heritage (in addition to receiving funds by BTC).

How ridiculous! I've never heard of a book giving money management advice to a customer. As long as your NBA bets were within their max limits at the time, why should they care how you choose to allocate your bankroll?

I believe my Max Limits at the time were sides 5k. I remember wagering around 2.3k at times. Maybe hit 3.4k once? I even left my balance in their after the playoffs were over. I don't typically wager baseball... so in mid august I logged in to get ready for football season... and my balance was still there. And I noticed my $100 limits. At least they didn't stiff me on the PO. It was fast as usual. And I left a little in there for the 100 max wagers. lol hey -105 is -105... vig is vig. If you can save on your losses... that's the name of the game.

I truly don't understand how they aren't doing good business? Like PO's are only BTC... it's pretty simple. How exactly are they losing?

Heritage seems to be doing well. They have juice free games. Had that 100% football start up bonus... pretty amazing. Up to 1k. I always thought Heritage was a respectable book.
