I reckon BM are facing serious liquidity crunch. Been trying to withdraw for the past week. While my account is fully verified (verification + additional verification) they keep asking me to send them my DL + selfie by email. When they get it they for ask utility bill, then DL + selfie again lol going around in circles.
When they reduced the withdraw cap to 100k per 30 days (which was a calendar month before), I knew something is up. It all coincided with the crypto crash and FTX and coincidences is not something I believe in. For the time being I am just sending me documents and hope the BTC goes up so they can pay me.

Not that they care about the quality of their service, if you need a proof look no further than their endless website crashes. Now limiting withdrawals could be the nail in the coffin that does them.

Quite awhile ago I posted that they have financial problems. No one believed this. It is coming home to roost now.

It certainly doesn't look good for them. Few months back they reduced maximum withdrawal to 10-15K if I remember correctly, which should've set the alarms for me.

    Going to wait and see

Not sure what you mean by max 10-15k, but my max is $25k and my last withdrawal of 5 figures took 5 minutes.

It was implemented few months ago for a short period of time. It's $25K now and yes it did use to take like 5 minutes, but not anymore, at least not for me. I requested a withdrawal last week and have been waiting ever since. Was able to withdrawal before no issue all of a sudden things changed last week.

    update

    UPDATE:
I seriously worry about Bookmaker's financial stability and intent to pay now.

So after series of arguments over live chat why are they not paying a week after I sent them all required documents (an utility bill, selfie+DL, selfie+today's date on a sheet of paper, DL) they told me they will send a BTC confirmation form that I have to fill in. However can I send them a non-gmail email address as gmail has issues - seriously? (wait till the end of the thread to understand why gmail has issues with their form).
So I gave them another email. After few hours I got the following form:

    https://postimg.cc/gallery/SnLJTDj

I basically have to write what they already know + my btc address - wtf lol
Here comes the interesting part, as someone who's been hacked I tend to scan all files that I receive and don't just trust the built in mail scanners.
So to my surprise I find that the file that Bookmaker so kindly sent them is infected with a Trojan. Now I understand why they said gmail has problems with them - and rightly so
WTH is happening at BM - are they going under, have they lost money with FTX.
They not paying out, sending infected files and stalling a standard kyc process is concerning to say the least.

That trojan appears to be a Remote Access Tool.

More than concerning, downright disturbing if true.

.gen means that "A generic detection has identified a program or file that has features or behaviors similar to known harmful programs, such as trojans, backdoors or exploits", so it's not a known, definitely malicious trojan itself.

This can be the case, for example, if a file automatically runs a macro (of whatever kind), and as the Antivirus Software doesn't know what macro it is, it gets flagged.

So it could be a false positive as well (also because it was only detected by one of those tools, cleared by all others), but sure, definitely worrying, and it would be great if someone with more knowledge could have a look into it.

Three weeks since I sent my KYC documents and no response from Bookmaker. Not replying to emails, they should just shutdown their live chat, the most useless CS ever.

I didn't. I only deposit and withdraw BTC. Got this email from them:

    https://postimg.cc/4HJx9CwJ

I'm not sure, but wouldn't this be considered money laundering, depositing BTC and withdrawing to a bank. What is the point of offshore books in this case. Absolute JOKE

Many books do that to people when they suspect it's not their own ID.
