    WARNING: Royal Panda Cancelling $500 Welcome Bonus for Ontario Players After Rollover

    I signed up for Royal Panda's $500 welcome bonus for Ontario players. I deposited $500 and was required to rollover the bonus 5X within 7 days of making the deposit, so $2500 in wagers in total.

    The deposit was made on May 14 and yesterday, May 20, I had completed the $2500 rollover. I even contacted Royal Panda chat support to inquire how much rollover I had remaining and they informed me I was at $2376/$2500. I made the last wager for $125 to clear the rollover requirement, which was done within the required 7 days.

    When I logged into my account after the wager for $125 was settled, I noticed that the $500 bonus was not added to my account. I contacted chat support and after going back and forth for a long time, they stated that I cancelled the bonus, which clearly makes absolutely no sense.

    They claimed that I cancelled the bonus and provided a time of cancellation. The cancellation was BEFORE I contacted chat support to confirm how much rollover I had left, which confirmed that my bonus was still active. This means that they were caught in their own lie.

    Be very careful when depositing with Royal Panda. They are advertising a $500 welcome bonus but as I was about to complete the rollover, they cancelled the bonus and claimed that I was the one who cancelled it. They are advertising this bonus on their website and it appears they have no intention of paying the bonus out.

    I received a reply from Royal Panada yesterday and now they are claiming that I did not complete the rollover in time, even though I saved a chat transcript from May 20 confirming that my rollover was at $2376/$2500 with the welcome bonus expiring on May 21. On May 20, I placed a wager for an MLB game that day which fulfilled the rollover requirement of $2500.

    I don't believe that I'm going to get a resolution with Royal Panda at this time.
