Hi guys I’ve bet for many years on bookmaker eu and many other books and have probably wagered millions in bets placed with bookmaker.eh over the years.. I definitely don’t recommend them for a lot of players because their software is extremely difficult to use and it can be almost impossible to place bets vs most other sites Bc of rigid software and constant freezing of games... tonight their betting system rejecting one of my bets and I placed again.. it was a hedge off of an earlier position but when I logged back in it had placed the same bet twice and it ofc was the side that lost.. key point** I never saw the duplicate bet until hours later and it’s possible it’s even more of a criminal move than a system duplicate glitch
with such a long playing history it’s insane that the wouldn’t even investigate an obvious duplicate error on their part.. if there is a way to post screen shots please let me know as I have the bets in question place at exact same time for exact same amount.. still wouldn’t help or investigate as a duplicate error on their end.. please avoid them like the plague unless you’re a professional bettor and have been banned everywhere else lol ... they really are so non-user friendly that only serious pros should ever consider playing there I’m certainly done with them after tonight unless I’m actually able to reach someone that can help.. I wanted to warn everyone and if anyone knows a way to reach higher ups at bookmaker please let me know..

First off, you shouldn't be posting your account number online like that. Second, calling Bookmaker "criminal" is laughable when they are possibly the biggest book in CR taking in hundreds of millions in bets every year.

Every book freezes games during live betting. That is an industry standard.

I assume he's not talking about freezing but the rare occurrence where a live bet is seemingly rejected because of a line change when in fact the bet was accepted but the change in line notification has replaced/overwritten/superseded the bet acceptance notification. Unless you refresh your pending bets, you have no idea the bet was accepted. I've had this occur probably 5? times in the last 4 months. It's actually worked out in my favour more often than not so I haven't complained and I've learned to double check on any 'line change' rejections that seemingly appear quicker than usual.

Well I’m fine with posting my account number if you guys have the skills to hack me please do maybe you can deposit for me and then watch them steal your funds too I’m joking but lol you guys are acting like I posted my address and social security number ����.. I used to be a professional sports bettor I know the landscape inside and out.. to me it is criminal to not investigate a problem your software caused .. hopefully sportsbooks in us will actually start being held accountable for things like this now that’s it’s legal in many states but I guess since it didn’t happen to you .. you’d rather shame other sports bettors yikes does anyone know how to actually reach someone of consequence at bookmaker? I never knew I even placed the bet until hours after it was over because it was a hedge off so I wasn’t sweating it and went back to working..sorry I’m not very familiar with forum speak or etiquette but I do appreciate it kakad you actually explained it way better than I did ������

Anytime you place a live bet, you should refresh your page immediately and look at your pending bets. Bookmaker will usually give you a warning to check your pending bets to see if there are any duplicates.

You have to understand, they are one of the few books that allow you to place multiple bets on the same option in live betting, allowing you to surpass the normal limits of other books so they have to protect themselves on their end.

I think you are making this all up to bring up a bigger issue. And yes i agree the Atlantis Bluefin Tuna is an endangered species. But there are better ways of making people aware then this . Let people know that their population has dwindled by 80% last few decades. People will care you have to trust me.

The thing this poster isn’t mentioning is that when you say your bet was duplicated what happens is he placed the bet it gives you a message that says please wait 60 seconds and check if this bet posted. While it’s annoying that it dies this it did warn him and he was probably in a rush to get in the hedge or nervous he would miss it so he bet it again.
Also if this was an in game wager for about 90 percent of the game most sports there are live limits that are low that you have to rebet so I’m thinking the most you might have lost here is to win 300

It absolutely didn’t give the normal red screen that says wait and check if it posted and after second bet the account reflected only one bet deducted from account.. trust me I know exactly what screen your talking about and when it says that i always refresh but it essentially did that without the warning screen so I had no idea there was a duplicate

Yah it’s gone down hill in a hurry right after Covid. Same thing happened to me last week luckily the bet had won but weird shit is going on at that book. Something not right wonder if they are hurting. Stripped my betpoints a few months ago

This has happened to me before, many, many, many times.

They have so many issues wrong with their site.

They are aware and don't give a penetrate.

Unless you need them, I would recommend playing with a different book until they feel like getting around to actually fixing their site.

Them losing tons of volume is the only way things will ever change.

They now only get my plays if they have the absolute best number available instead of the tons of action they used to get.

I'm done risking getting screwed over on double bets/incorrect odds every handful of games.

This happened to me at fairlay. I even have screenshots with time stamps after when my bet was supposedly accepted and the bets weren’t there. I suspected something was up when I couldn’t place anymore wagers saying my balance was gone. I had attempted to hedge my bet like 5 times. They did nothing for me even with screenshots. Their live market can admittedly be sketchy as far as delays, God knows I get heated when I try to submit a live bet for college and NFL football and get frozen out but Bookmaker and the rest of the Cris associated books are an absolute top-notch class operation and every time some fuktard comes on these boards complaining lo and behold they end up being an angle-shooting piece of chit. Bookmaker is fine (THEY ALWAYS PAY!) you're most likely the problem

I've been using Bookmaker for ages. I've been on the winning side against them for the last several years now. They've always been on the up-and-up despite that. It's a solid book. Don't let this site influence you on that point. Just because SBR has decided to suck off American books doesn't mean the old reliables aren't still exactly what they've always been.

Next we'll hear all about how DraftKings is setting sharper lines than Pinnacle. Spare me.....
