    Ever been Overpaid by Pinnacle?

Looking for any examples of people being paid more than they asked for by Pinnacle.

Specifically when using Crypto currency to withdraw.

If you are a long time Crypto user there, please also let me know what your experience is with exchange rates and received amounts over the years?

How close has it been to what you asked for, and has it ever been more than you asked for?

This hasn't been my experience from talking to people on here.

Just want to check before I say that.

Pathetic that a CS manager at Pinnacle would stoop too that level.....

underpaid usually by 1.5%-3% balance is always in CAD and they claim its because of exchange fees. It was not on pinnacle but a canadian book that uses Premierpay and bitpay as the merchants. I think pinny uses the same if I remember correct.

I noticed a recent influx of complaints like this at another message board. Here's the thing - there shouldn't be any underpayment or overpayment if they're doing it right. Just send the right amount. Crypto price fluctuation after that point can be ignored, right?

Crypto has such wild and instant flucuations. I'm sure they take full advantage of that.

The brokers are great at ripping you off
Remember most brokers share office space with pinnacle they will never admit that though

    It’s a disgrace

Settle down. Pinny has always got it right before. CS people don't always get it right and are not the last word.

Just trying to check my facts.

What I'm saying is that blockchain explorers will tell you what the value of the coin was at the moment it was sent. Fluctuation after that point is the player's responsibility, but that value should be the withdrawal amount The only way for sportsbooks to get around that uncomfortable fact is to completely ignore it.

I've taken probably 10? Bitcoin payouts in the last 6 months from Pinnacle. Every single one was 2.5% to 5% short. Lost thousands, but I don't feel like pissing them off and losing my account. My account is in CAD and I don't know if I'm being screwed by the exchange from CAD -> USD somewhere along the way or what, but it is annoying.

Is there a specific reason why you are taking bitcoin payouts from Pinny when they have better options for CAd accounts?

I use interac for withdrawals from pinny. Usually processed within an hour on weekdays and up to 12 hours on weekends. No fluctuations.

Easier to move money around via Crypto. I use the other withdrawal options if it's going to my bank account.

I've gotten shorted in bitcoin payouts by GTbets in perhaps a similar fashion: GTbets say they "locked-in" the price when the pay out is authorized, which is not the time the payout was requested nor when it was paid. I have no way of knowing they didn't merely pick a time when bitcoin had a drop so they get to pay less

Read other threads here. GTBets routinely lies about this. They or their 3rd party provider is charging a hidden fee which they won't admit to, but is clearly there. When it's the same thing on everyone's payout, it becomes obvoius. it has nothing to do with the timing.

I must be living in the past? Through a Broker, you can get Pin?

I had no clue it was even possible because I have tried a few times and had to give it up.
