Been waiting over seven days now for my payout request to be approved. It said it could take up to 72 hours.


There is no excuse that even one of the worst offshore sites like MyBookie can pay me same day but Unibet PA cant pay me within a week. It's not even approved yet. Once it's approved it takes several business days more. Weekend will be here soon so at best I'm looking at next week till I get paid.

They were the only USA sportsbook I have ever dealt with who didn't take a voided check rather than a utility bill. They made me upload a recent utility bill to withdraw. I play all those bills online, and they wouldn't accept it. Finally, my wife dug up an electric bill from a few months ago.
I waited over a week to verify my two uploads, never heard back from them.
Then, two nights ago I called and spoke to a guy named David and he had me hold for just two minutes while he contacted the verification team. he said it all looks good and that the $1000 withdrawal would hit my account in 72 hours. Well, it took only 30 hours.
Advice: call them and light a fire under them. It worked for me. Once they verify your documents (utility and ID) it is very speedy.

Oh, and while I was at the Devils game last night, two ladies (getting paid to work the booth by Unibet) insisted that I can deposit $600 in NJ and get a $600 matching bonus. I explained to them that I already did the $500 bonus 10 days ago in PA and that I was not eligible. They insisted I would get promos in both states. They were wrong, as I contacted customer service from the game last night in between periods. It's only one bonus. Can't go hopping state to state with Unibet and collecting bonuses (unlike the Rush Street books).
If you're going to send two semi-attractive girls in their 20s/30s to work the Unibet booth, at least TRAIN them to know the promotion rules. Ridiculous. Deposited $600 for nothing.

Also, they used to give you the STAKE back on a risk-free bet when they first started in 2018-19. Not anymore. Now, say you deposit $500 and get a $500 risk-free bet. You lose the first bet. You then have to bet $500 on the "free bet." You win at tradition -110 odds. You only have $454.50 in your account, for a net loss of -$45.50.
Back when they first started, in this exact situation, you would have $954.50 in your account, for a net winnings of $454.50.
I miss those early days of 3-4 years ago! These books wised up.

Paid today. 13 days later. There was no documents needed, nothing. They chose to take 13 days to get me paid. No urgency at all. I could have cancelled it up until yesterday.

Yup, and they were saying obvious things like "You can even bet on baseball with us!" Like no other book offers baseball. LOL.
And they were saying "You don't have to deposit $600..you can only deposit $20 if you want to." While obviously true, I'm sure their bosses don't like them saying that.

I WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHY SOME PEOPLE LEAVE MONEY ON THE TABLE BY NOT DEPOSITING THE FULL AMOUNT FOR THE 100% MATCH BONUS.
Makes zero sense.

I might be the USA's biggest legal bonus whore...and I'm proud of it. I can be in four different states in under 2 hours and in three different states in under 50 minutes.
