Why is Pointsbet with a B+ rating at the top? Are there no books with ratings of A- and above? And why are books like Bookmaker, BetOnline etc. which are creme of the crop have no ratings?

SBR is in the process of re-reviewing every bookmaker to be rated.
Only bookmakers holding a mainstream license are being considered.
