    Pointsbet should be in Pennsylvania soon. Pennsylvania is hurting business with their absurd 40 percent gaming tqd, lower taxes would really help the industry grow in this state, but as usual th democrats don't get it.

    My fear is once DK gets going here in Mass they will be HIGHLY RETICENT to share the pie with the offshores and the Department of Revenue will clamp down to point where the offshores will do what Bovada did with New York/Jersey a few years back......namely saying 'to hell with it' and not servicing that state anymore so the players are stuck with domestics only. Compared to Cris all the domestics are a clown show......there's already rampant rumblings of anyone with a clue getting cripple-limited at DK in New Hampshire. Bookmaker fulfills all my needs IN SPADES (except for going down intermittently) I'd hate to lose it.

    Texas. I'm not sure I would switch at this point. As long as BM is A+ I wouldn't have a reason to play in 1099ville.
