    1xbet account frozen...

    Dear friends bettors,
    1xbet frozen my account without reason on wednesday 28th july : i can log into my account but can't place bet or do any witdhrawal. After a livechat session, they told me that i have to ask their security department. Well.
    Their "security department" asked me to provide what some books usually ask to verify (again and again) if you are the owner of the credit card : passport (both sides), credit card (both sides), last bank statement etc. I sent all of this the same day. They answered that i will have an answer very shortly.
    Meanwhile, until today, we have exchanged 60 mails and nothing was done.
    I'm losing patience. In their first answers, they told me that their T&Cs mentions "UP TO 72 hours to verify documents" but since that missed deadline (and well missed), i receive always the same answers :
    "Sorry for the delay. Our specialists are working on the issue."
    "Your data is currently being verified by our specialists."
    "All request are processed in turn."
    Well, i'm tired. I don't mention their phone customer cause they hang up immediately.
    Please, do an admin/modo know a manager of 1xbet or someone working in their "security department" ?

    I don't know. Bookmakers love to close account of players because of T&Cs. They write "up to 72 hours" to verify documents. No 5 or 6 days. In addition, my account has been verified maybe... 5 times. Seriously...

    1xbet says that your documents are approved but there is an issue with your payment processor they are still trying to resolve. They say you will hear from their security department as soon as that is sorted out.
