Hi, I'm in Massachusetts near the New Hampshire border. Figured I'd give Draft Kings a shot when they became legal in New Hampshire. I signed up during football season in October. The first sign up was a total pain in the ass, but I got it done and made a few wagers that day. Every other time I have tried to login there, it has been a run around with them prompting me to re-download the app over and over again. I'm trying again right now. I can get to their fantasy site, but apparently the actual sportsbook is seperate from that. I thought it would be a good out to have. Drive 20 minutes across the border, turn on location on my phone, login and bet. But every single time I tried that, it's been a nightmare. The lack of a phone number is unforgiveable for any "real" sportsbook. Going back and forth with some numbnut through email is maddening. I got screwed out of my initial sign up bonus through some technicality. I only have a miniscule amount of money there now, thank God. I'm asking them to just refund my balance and then "good day to you, Draft Kings"! I don't really need any assistance with this matter. Worst promotions imo Bet MGM does a lot of deposit $500 free $500 1x rollover of the bonus -200 odds. I’d use them if you have them in your area.

DK is fine and problems your experiencing seem more with the geo location or user inflected then anything...sign up is simple, promotions are better then most USA legal, the app is above average and they offer tons of markets...Payouts a bit slower then others but overall DK is definitely in top 3 maybe the best IMO

I can click onto Draft Kings first time, Every time. Paid with no hassle. Now Fan Duel is a different story for log on. At least twice or more.

It's a nightmare to login to either FD or DK, and I strictly use desktop. FD has a known bug that locks me out for 4 hours after 10-20 min.

DK is always bouncing me and then taking 15 seconds just to login. At least I don;t get locked out. Does anyone remember the interface at wsex? I know they ripped people off in the end, but holy shit was that a fast and clean interface...

I think the problem is that US books think of the sportsbook as a place to advertise the casino or money-losing parlay specials rather than take bets.

I don't know about the software, but Draftkings post early lines on some of the smaller market sports. Worth having them just for that reason I think.


Who mentioned Fanduel? Does anyone who plays there think it offers any real reason to use them, like the early lines at DK?

Other than no phone number, I like DK. Yes, they aren't always the most odds friendly, and (for some) you may have to login more than once, but what a relief for feeling secure as a player.
