    Help With MyBookie

    I signed up at mybookie casino a few weeks ago. I made several a few deposits in which I lost. I managed on my last deposit to win $1250. I made a withdrawal and waited for the 48 hrs pending period. After that time I tried to log in to my account and found that it was locked. I contacted support on the phone and was told I needed to send in some documents. I sent in the documents and they were approved. I waited for a few hrs and then tried to log back into my account and it was still locked. I called again and was then transferred to someone. This guy comes on the phone and starts accusing me of knowing someone that charged back $2000 on their credit card and they weren't going to pay me unless they paid back the charge back. I HONESTLY TO GOD DO NOT KNOW THIS PERSON THEY WERE ARE REFERRING TO. I tried to explain this to him. He insisted that I knew that person and he even insisted that I was a man using a voice decoder to sound like a woman. I told him he could easily skype with me and see I am a woman and this has to be a mistake and I'm caught up in their dragnet. He didn't want to hear it and hung up on me. I have never felt so low in my life. This guy honestly has the wrong person. I do not owe them any money nor do I know the person he was referring to (I swear to God!!!). I used crypto on all my deposits. I don't know who to turn to for help resolving this issue. But they truly have me mixed up with the wrong person(s).

    Mybookie is making up all these excuses to pay people. I would stay clear away from them. I hope you get your money before they exit scam.

    I spoke with the same guy whom wouldn't tell me his name. He insisted that someone name Anthony opened an account with their sister casino (Mybookie) and made $2000 in purchases and then charged it back. Anthony supposedly have the same address as I have. I DO NOT KNOW AN ANTHONY!!!! Anyways the person I spoke to on the phone aerial viewed my address while I was on the phone and said you live in a nice gated rich community with a house on the hill. I asked him what dose that have to do with anything? He gets irritated and started screaming at me. Telling me that I know who Anthony is and if Anthony doesn't pay up in 48 hrs. They are going to take my winnings and apply it to his account. I tried to explain to him that I don't know an Anthony. He was like what are the odds of someone signing up to one of our casinos and using the same address and you don't know them. I was like it could have been a neighbor next door or down the street. But they certainly doesn't live here. He could easily check the games play or patterns or ip address and see that. I deposited in bitcoins Anthony used a credit card (As I was told).
    So basically my winnings are being held hostage because of someone using my address to gamble and did a charge back and now I have to pay for it. My account is verified. I dunno if this Anthony guy is. But I'm being treated like I'm the one who has done something wrong.

    I filed a complaint here a week ago and so far haven't heard anything back. Is there's anything else I can do. Because I HONESTLY TO GOD ON MY LIFE DO NOT KNOW WHO ANTHONY IS!!!

    Sorry to hear they are putting you through the ringer. MyBookie is possibly the worst “mainstream” or well known online book. They deserve an F rating, not sure why SBR is dragging their feet on that. Keep pushing through the channels and hopefully you get that payout.

    Dunno who he was. He was very rude and was talking to me like I was a child or something. He kept saying I'm gonna ask you who is Anthony and if you lie to me. I'm going to hang up the phone. We went thru a few questions like my DOB, addresses and who is Anthony and when I honestly told him I didn't know. He hung up on me. I asked him to skype with me so we can see each other face to face. But he wouldn't do so. He just kept on being irritate.

    if True just call FBI and report them for fraud and get names of people harassing you and also report to FBI

    Tape the call though and set mybookie up
    Make them talk about betting too how to fund
    Then you got them

    Tell them 1st and see how fast you get paid and tell them you want another 3k

    It will work if you got tapes and play back to them

    You know, I thought about calling them again and recording it. That guy was really trying to intimidate me, and when he googled my address and describe my home while I was on the phone with him was creepy.

    The person you spoke to may be a person named "DJ". He is their hired "Auditor" whom automatically accuses the Player of wrong doing, and unilaterally makes the decision to disable accounts and even seize a Player's money. Never listens to your explanation. Just informs you of what they have done and gets off the phone. Always the Player's fault.

    SBR can help. I'm currently working though a Matter with MYB myself.

    Horrible that this has happened to you. I hope you get your money!
