    [Resolved] Problem with payout with Bet Phoenix

    MOD EDIT: Betphoenix has supplied screenshots from their admin panel detailing connections between this account and quite a number of others which they say form part of multiple accounts being utilized by a betting syndicate.

    Basically they are saying this account has been either sold to, or is bearding for, a single person.

    They were also able to supply screenshot evidence of the same limit bets being placed on a string of these accounts one after the other.

    In the face of this evidence. SBR has closed the case as handled fairly by Betphoenix.








    Good day, I am asking for your immediate help. My name is Ivan, I have been playing with bet Phoenix for some time. Bet Phoenix rejected my pay out because they insist that multiple people are playing on my IP address which is not true at all. I have winnings over 13,000 and the whole time playing there was no problem. As soon as I wanted the payout for 4,000 there was a problem and they told me that they would not pay me out because mutliple people were playing with my IP address. I waited over a month for them to just confirm my payout and then they rejected me the payout because of this issue. I asked for proof on how they came to this conclusion and they stated they have some sort of screen shots. I asked for the screen shots and they did not want to send them to me. Please if anyone can help me in any way possible it would be greatly appreciated.

    They pulled the same scam with me.. Wont pay me $3500 they owe me.. But wasnt IP. Was that im in sum syndicate group. which is absurd..

    So we got multiple bullshit reasons they are not paying now??- syndicate and multiple IP addresses?? I'd stay as far away from this place as possible!! They have to make shit up not to pay customers is egregious!

    Hopefully your payout complaint works. this place used to be good at least with payouts anyway not sure what's going on over there maybe new mngt? last year they called me to offer a bonus with a 50x rollover lol needless to say I said no thanks.

    This book needs to be downgraded. Talk to support, they promise me 250% bonus. I deposit, funds in the account, best they can do after "account review" is 150% with 28x rollover.

    Then I ask, how about 100%. Still 28x rollover. That's excessive. Tired of this groups bait and switch tactics.

    That really is dirty. You confirm the bonus, then the moment they have your money the deal changes. C book at best.

    They are doing exact same thing to me. After finally completing the rolloff after months and months and sending my documents they claim shared IP and took away my winnings.

    I have never shared a computer and no public internet. I can't believe they are doing this. I am innocent, what can I do?
