    Bovada Terminated My Account Without Warning and I'm out of over 10K USD

    Reached my largest bankroll of my lifetime on my account, just to receive an email saying my account had been disabled and they would no longer offer their services to me following an "investigation" that states I broke their terms of service by either: having multiple accounts under my name, OR breaking the one account per household rule. We live in an apartment complex and I\'d been using my laptop to wager connected to the complex\' ethernet since they upgraded a couple weeks ago, also used my phone over the new wifi as well. So my guess is someone else in this college town apartment complex got their accounts disabled too because of this? Anyways, I\'ve never experienced anything like this before and my funds were "seized" from said account as well. I attempted to contact their support through live chat and offered to give my billing statements, my ID, anything that could easily prove my residence, hell, I\'d go to video call if I could with them. But they consistently referred back to "their investigation" and would offer no help whatsoever in attempting to renable my account. Which had well over 10 thousand dollars USD in btc in there. As far as I\'m concerned, it looks like they saw me reach my highest bankroll as a bettor and then searched any way to strip my Account and winnings before I could withdrawal from them - and I don\'t think I can forgive such an awful thing.

    shared wifi will only trigger a security alert. once they start looking its pretty easy to tell what is going on if you multi account and bonus abuse. file a complaint with SBR and they will find out truth pretty quick

    Strange, maybe others are playing on Bovada as well in your apartment complex? I'm an All Star 3 level on there and make BTC withdraws pretty regularly and never have had a problem, I usually get my money within 2 hours deposited to my BTC wallet, I doubt they seized your money don't think they are worried about 10k, but I would never ever keep that amount on there, I usually like to keep 1k on there and never let it get passed 2.5k without making a withdraw. You should be fine if you didn't do nothing wrong and give them all the documents they ask for.

    It would need to be more than shared WiFi for Bovada to actually confiscate funds.

    Bovada doesn’t care about 10k. They suspect you of something. You reached out to them. You posted here. Now go fill out an sbr complaint and wait. There is not much else you can do. You will get paid if you aren’t up to anything shady like bonus abuse.

    Something just seems off with Bovada... This site seems to have more issues about payouts then any of the other big names. It also has a lot of people that seem to have absolutely no problem getting paid... So they are just highly targeted by scammers? I don't know... just a bit off... Keep us updated

    NBA, MLB, and I try to never use any kind of bonus. Player props, but my big winners recently were NBA spreads. Nothing I haven't done on other offshore books like Nitrogen or BetOnline.

    I was just watching a guy betting 10k a hand last night in BJ for close to 4 hours, you either did something with the bonus or something, they aren't sweating 10k. Feels like your leaving something out
