Anyone receive payout from Mybookie recently?

MOD EDIT: Can everyone affected please send in your account ID and how much money was lost using this form?

    https://www.sportsbookreview.com/sportsbook-complaint/

    -------------------------------------

    requested btc payout on 4/19

payout was authorized on 4/22, but never received

in the past, i would receive btc in my wallet a few hours after getting notification that the payout was authorized. i did not receive anything after 24 hours so, on 4/23 i spoke to rep who tells me i need to wait 1 business day to receive funds. he explains that "1 business day" is not "24 hours" and i need to wait 1 business day.

on 4/24 i still have not received funds so i speak with another rep, who tells me that the payout has not been sent because of website "system updates" which are delaying payouts. he tells me i should receive the payout this week, but the department in charge does not have a specific timeframe.

getting a little nervous with the state of affairs at mybookie, so i'm wondering if anyone has received a payout from them recently? anyone else request a payout and getting similar excuses?

Yes, no problems with payouts from them. Bitcoin - most recent were two payouts within the last two weeks

mybookie is trying to scam me. on 4/24 they said the payment was not sent, and it was delayed due to website "system updates". now, a different rep is telling me it was sent on 4/22, she provided me with a wallet address that is not the same as the one i provided. when i check this address on blockchain, it shows a transfer on 4/22 that is not the correct amount as my payout request.

so one tells you it was not sent and then another tells you it was sent but to a different address than the one you provided?

yes, exactly. the rep transferred me to someone else now; she said he is a supervisor, but i am going through the same spiel again-- i think she just passed me off to another rep.

and you are definitely sure you gave them the right address right? if so, i would def file a complaint here at SBR and have them work on this for you.

the new rep is saying the same thing, i.e., that the funds were sent on 4/22 to the address that i provided. i sent them my screenshots showing the actual wallet address that i provided, and he is disputing the authenticity of my screenshots.

yep. 100%. i have screenshot of the payout request showing the wallet address i entered. after this step, they text a verification code, which i submitted and then i have a screenshot of the confirmation page showing the payout request was successfully submitted. all of the timestamps are the exact same minute (first screenshot where i entered the wallet, the text message containing verification code, and the second screenshot showing the payout was successfully submitted).

the guy is doubting the authenticity of my screenshots. he says that the confirmation page does not show the wallet address-- this is convenient excuse and a flaw in their software that they dont show the wallet address on the confirmation page. but, its important to note that all the timestamps are the exact same minute. he's basically implying that, after i put in the wallet address that is shown on my screenshot and received a text verification code, that i entered another wallet address and received a second text verification and that this second wallet address is the one that was successfully submitted. i think it would be impossible to do all of that in the same 60 seconds.

at the end of the chat he asks me if there's anything else he can help me with, so i ask him if i can cancel all pending wagers and get the balance of my funds in a paper check, and this man has the audacity to say that i should request the payout via bitcoin transfer! unreal. but i really have no other options, do i? a paper check would probably have its own set of issues with these thieves.

anyway, i will submit a complaint with SBR, but i'm not holding my breath with the way this has been handled by mybookie (lies, failure to provide any evidence, and disputing my evidence as not being authentic).

will provide updates as i get them. as of now, i would suggest everyone stay away from mybookie.

While this is an awful experience - and while I can't stand MyBookie - this honestly sounds like some sort of process error on their part. I'm sure the reason the agent is arguing this with you is because his system is telling him otherwise. You need to get this escalated to someone who will take a closer look at exactly what happened here. If you're getting combative CS agents, then maybe the only way to do that is via SBR complaint. Good luck.

I'm halfway through a 100k rollover, and now I see this.

I'll give it a day or two, hopefully it's just some bug.

I have to correct what I said in a previous post in this thread - my most recent payout request from MyBookie has NOT been paid. I got confused because I requested a similar amount of payout from a different sportsbook. MyBookie notified me that my request had been authorized, and then I received a payout for the right amount. That payout came from the other sportsbook. So at this point I have a $500 payout that was authorized by MyBookie last Friday, but has not been paid.

it appears this is a new scheme they are pulling on several customers. claiming they sent the payout, but to a different wallet address, and blaming the customer for their error.

if they are legitimately doing this and it is not a system error then that makes them real scum. not that they were not scum before. but now fake sending payouts? damn

There is a thread here where 3 people this happened to where refunded by MyBookie, but a 4th was not.

It appears they have a serious issue going on.

Similar situation, I requested a BTC payout form Mybookie on 4/21. I received the email saying my payout was authorized on 4/23. In the past I've usually received the BTC in my wallet within 24hrs of receiving the authorization email. I contacted support yesterday when the payout still hadn't hit my wallet. Their CS rep tells me they sent it and to check my wallet. I tell him I have been checking and that it was never received. He keeps trying to tell me they sent it so I give him the address I used for my withdrawal and he says that is the address they sent it to. I tell him to look the address up on the blockchain and he can see there haven't been any transactions for this address. So they finally check the address and he finally agrees the funds haven't been sent. He told me they have escalated the issue to management and they will get back to me. So I'm waiting to hear back now.

Obviously, the major difference in my case is they didn't try saying they sent to a different address. But even if they did I have a video recording of me going through the whole withdrawal process. The video clearly shows the account ID, amount of withdrawal, date, time, BTC address I used, phone verification and transaction ID when completed. I also have a video recording of my chat log from yesterday where the CS rep agrees that the funds were never sent to the address I provided. I'll let you know what CS says when I hear back form them.

Wow!!! The same exact thing happened to me this week!! They've paid me 3 or 4 times in the past 2 years but this week claim I gave them a btc address that is not the one I have saved!!! I thought I was going crazy!! Come to find out, it was these scammers. SMH.
They authorized a payout and I thought all was good and I kept checking my wallet and it never arrived. Chatted with a rep a few days later and they showed me the blockchain of a completely different address and said it was what I provided and there is nothing they can do.
Now seeing all these posts wow just wow. What can we do?

Can everyone affected please send in your account ID and how much money was lost using this form?

No need to go into more detail than that. Just say MyBookie paid to the wrong bitcoin address, your account ID, and how much was involved.

Feel free to post that link to people on Twitter you see affected too.

hi opti, i saw the other threads with similar tactics, however i think this is slightly different. The other players, iirc, had their payout request cancelled and then received a phishing email, which resulted in a 2nd payout request to the scammer's wallet. Something to that effect. Here, there was no issue with my request. No cancellation. No phishing email. Everything seemed fine (just slow, but they are always slow). Not sure where they got the wrong wallet address from, and i dont see how they can shift the blame to me.

I'm seeing numerous complaints of this exact scenario where they are sending btc payouts to the wrong wallet and blaming the player. They have a convenient excuse because their request confirmation page does not show the entered wallet address. And if you screen shot the prior page where you input the wallet addy, the CS rep just says you could have changed the address after screen shotting.

Thank you. I submitted a complaint form last night, but i will circulate this link on twitter. There is obviously a pattern here, and i think its clear that myb is at fault (either intentional or negligent, they are the ones sending funds to the wrong wallets).

Wow, requested payout earlier this week looking to close the account...never had much money in there anyway but just bet some props/futures with stupid lines. Payout approved but not processed. Now for the first time ever saying my password/account are invalid and not allowing me to reset, says contact customer service.

    What a piece of shit.

They're having technical issues right now. At the moment, a lot of people think their account was deleted also. That's obviously not the case, given the volume of complaints.

It's a shit book, but they don't appear to be stealing your money this time.

Let me guess. No Betsoft slot game "glitches" over 10+ months as an excuse with ripping this Player's money away from him? Makes the $210,085.70 seized from my account even more suspicious, based upon what I am reading in this specific thread.
