I opened an account a couple of years ago on a well-known and seemingly one of the best (I doubt it!) Bookmaker - bookmaker.EU. I did not pass verification, I did not make a deposit, but yesterday I thought that I would go through kyc and make a small deposit. I sent the driver license, utility bills for the light and waited. In the evening, an answer came to the post office that they did not like the communal apartment and were asked to redo it. Well, I think, okay now I'll upload it again, and then trying to log into your account, the message "Your account is disabled" pops up. I wrote in support, asked for the code, I don’t remember the answer, transferred to another specialist, and he wrote to me "You did not pass the test, so you cannot have an account with us" ... Then I just fell into a stupor from such idiocy and arrogance. And this bookmaker on SBR has an A + rating. Complete bestiality at these Caribbean bookmakers. I even asked this Hans "have you closed my account because I'm from Russia?" in response to the same type of answer - you did not pass the test. I don’t understand this attitude, I haven’t even started to rake money from them yet.
