    Ecopayz Live Support

Did anyone manage to reach someone in the Ecopayz live chat recently?

I've tried a dozen of times on different days and at different times but failed to reach an operator every single time.

Affiliates have no info on this, so it appears it's simply incorrect. They would have barely any countries left if they were to withdraw there. It's 90% of their market.

Spassino: No KYC, instant payouts via Ecopayz (obv. it's just a matter of time when they start scamming, so hurry up)

Nope. I've withdrawn more than 7k (via Bitcoin first, then Ecopayz) and received all of my money without ever sending in one single document.

    They even promote it:

    This is also very funny:

“As advised, EcoPayz and wire are no longer available in your jurisdiction. This is beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience.”

So from day to night, I can’t withdraw funds from pinnacle anymore....what can I do?

You can ask them to do BTC withdrawal if no other option is available?

I can try...how that works ? Where would they send me btc ?

Its really a disgusting situation actually as they they left on my account only skrill and neteller, that both closed my accounts years ago...and I was 100% relying on ecoPayz as payment method from and to pinnacle

It certainly seems like something really weird is going on with ecoPayz these days. I get the following message when trying to deposit on BetInAsia and Dafabet:

"We apologise, but your payment provider has declined to process this transaction due to attempt from restricted region. Please contact your payment solution provider, alternately you can select another solution to process your payment through. Error Code 13010"

ecoPayz has always worked before with these sites, and it still works on certain other sites (like Betfair). I know other Norwegian players are also getting the same error on BIA. As Neteller and Skrill are already closed for us, it would be a disaster if ecopayz also disappears... But I don't understand why it still works on other sites, and the actual ecopayz accounts are working fine.

The workaround here for BIA: They need to use a private account like other agents. Business accounts will be blocked.

exactly, when I had skrill/neteller , same problems with SM, bcs they were using merchant accounts so they couldn’t send/receive to and from restricted countries.
If broker allows transaction with a private account then you can skip this problem...if BIA doesn't accept this, change broker @riquelme

Can you elaborate on what you stated above please?

SM is using merchant accounts to transact with restricted countries? That makes absolutely no sense lol.
