I honestly just skimmed but sounds like someone had access to your account. And maybe a bunch of other accounts through some hacking. Logs into all of then Was monitoring all the accounts looking for a withdraw if they had decent balances. When sees it. Cancels it. Creates another one. Emails you And tricked people into providing FA code via email. It’s not even that complicated of a scheme. A bored 12 year old can do this. People can spoof numbers when they text. And that email was a terrible spoof job and you fell for it. Definitely not very bright to provide FA account over email but this shows multiple security weaknesses at mybookie. They should pay you. MAybe charge a fee for 10% for you being a dumbass.

March 13^th-I made my first cashout for 5k
March 14-MB disables my account, I clicked the link provided and was authenticated

March 15-
1225pm- text saying “THIS IS CONFIRMATION THAT YOU HAVE CANCELLED YOUR PAYOUT REQUEST”
I did not request this and have no idea why I received this message

1228(3 min later)
Alex, from my bookie, emails me and I send him a new BTC address


1230-1245 I was asked for a code via text message which I put in

1251 I received a final email from Alex saying my cashout would go through within 2 business days


I did take out emails addresses and other important information in the above posts. ALL original emails were forwarded to SBR staff months ago

above. Dude had control of your account. He initiated the cancelation after you withdraw request then sent you email pretending to be Alex. He then logged into your account and initiated a deposit to his Bitcoin address. Then tricked you via email into giving him the FA code that he needed to confirm the withdrawal to his Bitcoin address. . The email address is obvious not one of mybookie based on your screenshot.

My bookie knows what happened but won’t admit because it shows security weakness on their end. But at same pissed at you for being so dumb to email your code so they don’t want to pay you.

They should pay out a percentage of your payout because you were both at fault.

March 14 guy from Uzbekistan tries to do something with your account and the account gets flagged because it’s not ip of your country. . Then you went in and validated account. So they let him go in next day and initiate cancellation.

Let’s see , we have the 50/50 rule, good ole Butch, the casino glitch scam, and now the hacker scam. Give me a F’ing break, it’s been established mybookie will do anything and everything to cause confusion and not pay players. If there actually was a hacker and he’s monitoring 12 mybookie accounts for withdrawals at the same time, the only logical conclusion is the hacker is a mybookie employee. What I do know for sure is that the email in your screenshot is not from MyBookie and you were phished for a 2FA code. I find it astonishing that you cannot see that. It's the most obvious part of the whole scheme.

Think about how many people dont know about SBR. Probably in the thousands for people who have dealt with this same issue. Im actually shocked at the community for defending them as well. I think its way more likely they had something to do with this than not.

To be clear, I don't believe you are making anything up. And as I said in my post yesterday, while it's unclear how these scammers hacked into your account in the first place, I give you the benefit of doubt on this since: (a) MyBookie had a lot of payout issues around that time, and (b) they compensated other players, thus seemingly accepting some degree of culpability.

I was only clarifying what happened here. The email you replied to with the 2FA code was a scammer. It almost certainly was NOT MyBookie. You were duped. It happens...a lot. That's why they do it.

Hello all. I'm new to this site but I'm not new to sports gambling and I was researching mybookie before I requested a payout from them. Yes I should have done it before I opened up an account but anyways.
One thing I noticed is that their site does not log you out. Ever. All my other offshore accounts log me out after a period of time. I'm not sure if this information helps or not.

I was notified over the weekend that SBR staff had done all they could for my case and MYBOOKIE still refuses to budge. So many similar cases were paid back, before and after my cashout date, but they just refuse to take any blame for mine. I thank the SBR staff for all their help.

I know so many members had identical cases and am looking for the community for any help.
