    Pinnacle logging me out every 30 minutes

    Does this happen to you, too ?

    Anytime I log in into my Pinnacle account, I am then logged out with some announcement:

    "We detected that your account has logged in somewhere else.

    You have been logged out."

    This is happening every 30 minutes, while I never log in anywhere else.

    Have you experienced anything similar ?


    Weeks ago, this period for logging me out, was about 3 hours.

    Pinnacle added some new thing, after logging in, a customer is asked to set his deposit limits, session time(does not

    work, not possible to set anything, as for the session time) and some other two settings...

    But that my issue, I suppose has nothing to do with the new tool added, as it is appearing for weeks...

    It's worth an email to Pinny CS. That message about detecting multiple logins might actually mean something to them.

    Yes, I did. Some 12 hours ago. Only confirmed they forwarded it to the relevant department. Still waiting...

    Yes, I know, they are allowing only 1 single active log in.

    I am using (1 year, at least) only 1 device, my personal pc. No notebook, no laptop or how else may it be called...Simply "big black box :-) under

    my working table".

    But, yes, I can try tablet or mobile phone, too. Certainly, only one login at same moment. Will see, if the log in lasts

    longer than 30 minutes.

    Tried on my tablet, Huawei (Android).

    Same here. Logged out exactly after 30 minutes.

    So either there is some setting stored on my Pinnacle account (automatically log out after 30 minutes of use) or


    something wrong with my internet connection.

    Must wait for Pinnacle' reply.


    Does also on your screen appear the new feature - they will not let you go further (continue on the website, Asian


    view) till you set (at least) deposit limits ? Further thing there is "session time" (it did not work-was not able to set


    it).

    And two last, some setting for maximum loss, or so and something (one) else...

    I have the exact same problem and they did not respond to my message. Very difficult to work in these conditions. I do not know what to do.

    try this:
    log out from pinnacle,
    open a new window Incognito,
    log in from there,
    you will have to complete captcha, do it then log in (Future mode)
    then use pinnacle as usual
    let us know what happens after 30 min...

    Thank you for the recommendation. First I must "google" it, how and where to find " the incognito window" (should not be a problem). I am using Google Chrome (maybe it depends on the brower, I'll have a look...)I'll try it in future 1-2 hours (having some job now) and let you know, once it is tried...Thank you.

    Logged in first time, using the "incognito" and was immediatelly logged out.

    Second time, accepted cookies, but at the "incognito"primary site set "block cookies' (or so),

    after then logged in and it seems to be OK, so far (5 minutes only though). I'll inform you after 30 minutes (or

    rather even after more minutes).

    I pray this would help...(the captcha process longs much longer - they asked me to "fill in"maybe 5 times, asking for

    bicycles, crosswalks, traffic light, motorcycles, etc...but no problem, rather filling in 2 minutes the captcha, then

    must be logging in every 30 minutes)

    I do not understand, what they mean "security issue"

    Maybe there was some case where longer session might be a danger ? I do not know...

    But probably, that is why, they implemented the new feature - problem is, it does not work yet.

    Once I try to set the session time - an empty field opens.

    If they fix it and the time frame is there longer - for sure, I'll set it then.

    I also wonder that nobody else (only "zikko", thank you) informed us that he is experiencing same issue.

    Either only small % of you, users of SBR, are having a Pinnacle account or they do not experience this same problem.

    I would appreciate also others, with Pinnacle account, if they could confirm, please: "Yes, I am using Pinnacle, but no

    session restriction".Thank you for your cooperation.


    I am going to email them with a query, to set the time for longer than 30 minutes. This is very annoying....(for example)

    you are just going to place a bet...but at the same moment, you get logged out

    Finally replied (after emailing them again).

    Said same as to "zikko".

    "Reduced idle time for 30 minutes".

    And that this (the idle time) has nothing to do with the new feature (setting session time).

    But other problem is, that even if I place a bet, let's say 5 minutes before the idle time is fulfilled (30 minutes)

    = ends, I am logged out in further 5 minutes, anyway.

    They are aware of this and working on it.

    I asked them to set "the idle time" for longer period.

    But I doubt they will do it...

    I also am getting logged out every 30 minutes. If I use Future View I get logged out without any message. If I am using Beta View I am being logged out with the following message:

    You have been logged out


    We detected that your account has logged in somewhere else. You have been logged out.

    I am using (the only one) Asian view. Same message here. Must log in 24 times every day (because I work on Pinnacle 12 hours, usually). How annoying.

    Another thing...When I asked them to explain what is necessary to be considered as "activity" , they did not know the answer, but promised to investigate (at the relevant department). If it is enough to "move with my mouse" on the Pinnacle website - then it is OK. If I must place a bet (to fulfill "the activity" condition) - not so much good, but better than to be logged out every 30 minutes , no way I do anything or not.

    So I was just logged out, after about 4 hours, though I placed a bet 7 minutes ago.


    It seems they did not fix it at all - only extended "the idle time " from 30 minutes to 4 hours.


    Anyway, much better than previous days !
