    Hi guys Guts sportsbook (guts.com) has requested screenshots of my MuchBetter (e-wallet) account:

    “A screenshot of your MuchBetter account showing your full name, account number and email address.”

    There is no such thing as an account number on MuchBetter it does not exist (phone number is your account number) however I have sent screenshots showing my e-mail address, full name and address on the app. I have sent multiple screenshots of the app now showing different account details pages.

    After speaking to live chat they then apologize and tell me to request a letter from MuchBetter. I have requested a letter that probably doesn’t even exist and we’ll see how MuchBetter responds it’s been 2 days now and I doubt they provide me with anything.

    Then today they email me saying they have spoken to the department and they require screenshots again.

    This honestly feels like they don’t want to pay me. I have a 5K withdrawal and I am beginning to worry I’ll never see a cent from these scumbags.

    I am going to give them another day or two and will file a formal complaint with SBR.

    Regardless this is not a good bookmaker and I would recommend others to not use them.

    I hate all that KYC shit. GL man. Hopefully you can get your money and get the hell out of there.
    On a side note, Youwager requested a picture of a packing slip from me recently. So stupid. Just stall tactics.
    Top books don't do this stuff.

    I was recently asked to send a physical copy of my apostilled identity card and a certified translation of my bank statement to Curaçao. I paid 240 EUR for this sh*t and I still doubt I will get paid.

    Just bullying, harassment, stalling etc

    Exactly. You can tell it's a scam just by the name. Weird that people play at these books. They must enjoy gambling on whether they will get paid or not. It's hard enough to win the dam game.

    Sketchy? They're part of Betsson, a billion dollar public company that holds licenses all over the world.

    Guts is pretty well known outside Nth America.

    I'm sure you will get paid. Guts is a very legit bookmaker unlike what some people here are claiming.

    I've been semi-limited with them for a long time, but I'm still able to place some decent amounts at them even on obscure leagues. And after you are verified withdrawals are auto-approved. At least that's been the case with me. Withdrawals to ecoPayz has always been processed in less than 5 minutes, which is extremely good.

    Thats good to know. Thank you for the response. I’ve officially filed an SBR complaint as they continue to ask for documents that do not even exist. I am seriously worried these scumbags won’t pay me. Hopefully sbr can fix this issue. Just a horrible experience.

    Been 5 days now since I filed a complaint. Still no response from SBR starting to get worried now. Gonna be tough to deal with this 5k is a lot of money going to start tweeting at betsson on Twitter if this doesn’t get get resolved soon.

    UPDATE:

    I finally received my withdrawal today. I was able to get a PDF from MuchBetter with my account details and send it over to Guts. Turns out this was just a stalling tactic from Guts. Still very stretchy stuff as they don’t even tell you which specific document they want until you speak with multiple people from their customer service.

    Thankfully they do pay. So everything is good now as my account is verified. I have lost trust in them and will never deposit with them again. Much better books out there.
