    Justbet not giving me a pay out - NO reason given

    I have a 4.2k BTC pay out pending with Justbet for 2 weeks now. Every time I chat I'm told that my pay out is under review by management, but they don't give any reason. NONE! I sent my license in and it was verified before I tried to cash out. Then after 3 days of multiple chats I was told to send in the license, selfie and bill, which I did. Nobody will reply to my emails, there is no phone number to call and the same two guys in chat are rude and unhelpful.


    They don't even have a number to call! I assumed they were slow paying because BTC took a dive but it's recovered a bit and STILL no pay out! I have no idea how I'm supposed to get my money. I filed a complaint here.

    If Justbet is "reviewing" your play for this long, it has nothing to do with bitcoin. They probably think you were past-posting, using a faster feed for live, or something else they view as a foul.

    that is the bookmaker family. something has to be up. i suggest you ask for a supervisor and get a straight story on what they have you flagged for.

    I have not cashed out here in awhile mainly because they do not take my CC anymore. But my biggest cashout ever and a few others were from here including the $20000 one and i got paid on all of them never a problem. I have not done mush here though last 6 months .

    I've asked for a supervisor or higher up multiple times and they keep telling me that some guy Johnny in chat "is the guy."

    I didn't do any of the above, or anything else suspect. I deposited 4 times for a little under 4k total. I did their casino bonus and lost, won in the live dealer casino, lost 5k in Super Bowl bets, and won in their blackjack. They can't even make up a reason to not pay me, I keep asking.

    I find it hard to believe that one of the most reliable sportsbook in the industry decided to not pay for no reason. 99.9 percent the guy tried to scam somehow or they are just investigating and will pay. I don't think they have not paid anybody ever for no reason.

    Indeed. I've reloaded with Just Bet for years during March Madness. But this thread caused a pause this year.

    I don't think existing JB clients need to be overly concerned. This issue appears to involve a new account and verifying the player's identity. That said, it needs to be resolved and soon.

    This is not true. My account was new-ish but I verified my license before ever trying to cash out. Then almost a week into me complaining on chat they asked me to send in a selfie and utility bill. I sent them in right away. No response email. Then in chat they would not confirm or deny they got them, but they did not ask for them again.

    I said I would post screenshots here the other day. Its been a long weekend, I will update tomorrow seeing as I still have not been paid and still have not received an email response, only "its under review" in their chat.

    Update: still not paid but better communication

    I sent another email yesterday and it went unanswered. I chatted again today and finally got someone who genuinely seemed like he wanted to get my issue resolved. He apologized for communication not being optimal. He said that they are investigating a "cluster" of accounts for fraud and I could be a bystander. He asked me 30 questions about my play there, some standard and some not standard; why did I play justbet (because I got crushed at Bookmaker-I gave my account number) and what was my betting strategy (bet huge and run it up or bust.) He did not know if they got my documents and I offered to send again but he said he would find them. He said he might have a number for me to call and I said I could in the morning but then he did not give me the number. I told him he could email me with more questions or the number and he acted like he was really trying to resolve this and would keel me posted.

    So still not paid but a tiny bit of progress.

    Sorry all, Covid in the family and I had to abandon this thread the last week. I've also abandoned any shot of being paid by Justbet. I requested a cash out for $4252 on 2/22 and still have not been paid 6 weeks later with no reason other than they are investigating a group of accounts. I have answered every question, sent in all documents and volunteered to call directly and answer other questions. I've sent 7 emails and zero have been replied to.

    Background: I played at Bookmaker and lost over 5k. A month later I opened an account at Justbet. Both casinos I took their casino bonuses. I didn't win on them and I had heavy action on everything; slots, blackjack, baccarat and sports. I played way, way over what their rollover was. I specifically asked in chat if taking the casino bonus was the problem and he did not respond. I told them to look at my Bookmaker account to verify that I gave a ton of action and got crushed and said the reason I went to Justbet was because I got crushed. Randy in chat could see my action and said it was a tough beat. He asked me what games I liked and what my strategy was. I said I bet big and bust or win quick, and told him over and over to look at my action. He tried to be chummy and say he had the same strategy and it didn't work out for him and threw in a "lol." In 5k at BM plus what I was in at JB makes me a decent loser overall. Barely a winner at JB. If they have an accusation to make they should make it.

    My complaint extends to Bookmaker since they are the same company and I've been emailing a Bookmaker email as well as Justbet. Both casinos keep emailing me reload offers which is insanely tilting. I have a bunch of screenshots of chat since they won't email me transcripts (I asked). I just spent 30 minutes editing my personal info off of them and when I try to attach a photo to this post a box comes up asking for a URL. Can someone reply and tell me how to attach photos to a post please!?!?

    do you have social media like FB or twitter? upload the pics there and then copy image and paste them here. that's the easiest way

    Kind of Unprofessional to ask your playing style. First of all they can see it. Second why does it matter ? Are certain “styles “ not allowed? This post seems almost unbelievable for them to give a run around over such a small amount of money. If you didn’t do anything shady... Put in an sbr complaint and keep bumping the thread until it’s resolved. It’s your money they shouldn’t be holding it hostage without providing you or a third party (sbr) some kind of reason.

    These books should have to pay interest and penalty for holding funds if there is no reason to.

    No investigation should take this long
