Anyway, I cashed in some points for some bonus cash and wagered it on Sleepy Joe Biden to win the POTUS at about 6-1 odds. The wager FINALLY graded this week yet I was perplexed as to why no funds hit my account...essentially it was reporting that I won, yet paid nothing.
After searching their site for a live chat option (NONE), I finally found an email where I sent my inquiry. Their response was that the 'bonus funds had expired so nothing would be paid out.'
Even with pathetically rated sites such as players only and sportsbook.ag, their bonus dollars that are wagered do NOT expire if the event isn't graded well in the future. In short, when it is wagered, the bonus is considered frozen in time. It is embarrassing that an allegedly 'A+' rated site would be so petty with their players. Not sure if Bovada is experiencing financial difficulties which is possibly why they are nickel-and-diming players on these sorts of things, yet it may be worthwhile to go play elsewhere as they seem to be very willing to implement fine-print rules and technicalities to prevent payouts on wagers.
