BetNow does this too. I won $2k off them and they wont give me a bonus again but they keep sending me 100% cash 5x bonus offers. Live support turns me down every time I ask them if Im eligible.

They did this to me and I got them to honor the offer. I emailed with them and ended up getting sent to a manager who approved it.
Shouldn't have to argue to get the offer they just sent you though.

They always can but I have experienced it many times where they will honor it, even when a clerk makes a mistake. It's still better than nothing.

Ace7550, it's obviously an administrative oversight. And, what a massive disappointment this wasn't actually about fish betting but rather a sad cry for help. I will be happy to contact a wambulance for you so they can gingerly shuttle you over to the SBR offices to physically file a "horseshit" complaint in person

I got the same offer and I checked my account which had a $50 fp. Did you check your account to see if you had fp put into your account? I didn't think I would get the bonus as I had a huge markup and every time a called about their new promo, they would say I wasn't eligible. But this time I called and they gave me the 100% bonus and 50 free spin (appx $5 winning... lol). Oh, and then got a entry into their Thanksgiving BJ tournament. Idk but I would probably call them again and request that they honor the email. Overall, I think their CS is pretty decent.

Yeah, I would call them and tell them you got that code "NOV100" or "NOV10" I forget which one it is and say it's a one time deal. Anyway, hope you get it!
