    I truly feel that but people have told me i'm paranoid.

    No i'm truly not trying to manipulate. I just want to wipe this phase of my life clean and see if I can lead a productive life.

    I want to make amends. Please don't tell me i'm trying to manipulate the situation when I truly do fear for my life and the people who do not want me to continue to cause problems. Please respect that. I want to be able to wake up tomorrow and have it be a new day and not even have to think about this. I made so many mistakes and was advised by so many of the wrong people along the way. Everything I've done has been a mistake up to this point.

    Please just let me go on my way let's bury this. I'm done. I do fear for my life.


    These are words the mob uses before they kill someone. Listen, I've hardly ever held $1,000 to my name let alone $15,000. I'm a starving musician, I've never had crap. I dont' need money to be happy, and I don't need to speak out against a company in order to feel whole.

    I am not trying to manipulate anything. I truly don't want this for my life any more. I'm willing to move on and do what it takes to make amends to cloudbet, to redapples, and anyone else I"ve offended along the way. This was a mistake! I messed up. I don't need the money. I can survive. I will be fine. I appreciate all of you. But I do feel threatened and scared by the statement and the amount of backlash I've received from that particular account and a few others in general. It's scary. I don't want any of it. I'm done. I will never speak out against Cloudbet or any sportsbook again. I don't want to be a part of this world any more. I'm terrified.

    I love sports but this has scared the living crap out of me. I'm serious.

    I love you all, i appreciate you all, and i hold no hate in my heart for anyone or any company. I am done fighting. I am staying silent -- have to fix my life and shut up about the stuff that doesn't matter.


    I will see you in the next life and please pray for me. If you have any issues, I am willing to do what it takes to clear them up so that this can have an amicable ending and I can go on with my life. I am sorry if i overstepped any bounds.

I want to be at peace with the world, not speak out against any company, not do anything bad.     If you truly want to be done with it, why are you continuing to post and hit refresh on this thread every 3 minutes? Just wondering. I also saw you still have that scam website up. You have the power to walk away, but you just keep making it worse on yourself by coming back to check. Who knows, maybe you'll get an email from Cloudbet out of the blue where they've reversed their decision. If so, it can be a nice surprise for you. If not, well, that's the most likely thing anyway.

    Why don't you get on taskrabbit and try to earn some cash. You're in San Fran -- there's a ton of things you can do for money.

    You obviously know how to write, use computers, and you are extremely dedicated. Use those skills to your advantage.

    thank you to optional for doing some hardy moderating and re-opening the thread. I don't plan to post much except that I am really hoping Cloudbet will come forward and re-look at this complicated case. I have presented new facts and still it has been 6 weeks now and no word. I don't want to get into a back and forth- I don't want to cause more problems, I just want to see what Cloudbet has to say, they have been silent and now that the election is over they should at least be able to look over the facts. I realize the mis-grade complicates thing- but it doesn't mean it's too much work to look over the facts and the precedent. I have been doing my part to focus my personal efforts elsewhere- now I am hoping Cloudbet can please re-look at the facts and decide whether a partial or full payment of the funds I deposited in good faith and trust that day will be returned to me. I made the bets, I went to withdraw the deposited funds within a 24 hour window, and I feel that the reasonings of me being a USA player is a new development that I was not clear on considering that I was closely following the 330btc and other cases where USA players were paid out and banned from the site.

    Dude, stop. I check your profile on bitcointalk every day to see if you really are "putting this behind you". Newsflash: you aren't. You check Bitcointalk every single day. I really feel for you, but Cloudbet has made their decision. They aren't going to randomly decide to take a look at your case again and change their stance. And with every day that goes by, that should become more and more clear to you.

    I mean the fact that you switched to playing in BCH because your BTC account was negative (and the fact that Cloudbet allows that??) speaks volumes. There's no reason for you to start playing in BCH there - it's not like you started buying it all of a sudden or came upon a bunch. The switch was intentional.

    Yes. He played at a book that doesn't accept U.S customers won a bunch of money and also had multiple accounts. He claims the book stole from him though because they won't pay him even though they paid him more than what his deposit was before catching him. Guy is a greedy lowlife scammer.     Yes, I followed the story initially (VPN + Mexico + AirBNB, etc) and I thought I've seen he got the initial deposit back; I missed the multi-accounting stuff and followup.

    This is why industry is going to shit with all KYC/AML stuff, this guy and other idiot asking if funds passing is legal - these kind of people are ruining the game for all of us. As we, normal punters, get repercussions for the things idiots like these do.

    here is the full post that lonnie posted. those figures are incorrect because they are holding 67 bitcoin cash that i deposited less than 24 hours earlier, the account had been zero balanced before depositing that (i was unaware of any mis-grade and re-deposited BACK into bitcoin cash).

    Gently asking cloudbet to please look back over this. It's been about six weeks.

    DRD/Efxes; I know you are still actively checking your thread on bitcointalk, and I can only assume you are constantly refreshing this page as well. You clearly haven't put this behind you.

    For your own good, please just walk away. You are wasting your time, your effort will not pay off, and your stress/anxiety will continue to grow.

    I say this as:
    -someone who has wasted many hours, days, and months stressing about my funds being 'stolen' from 2 different sportsbook and a bitcoin exchange (yet I still bet online and with bitcoin --- guess I'm looking to get fooled a 4th time).
    -someone who has put together countless threads/posts on here, reddit, bitcointalk, x 10 others to 'get my case out there'.
    -someone who let their life revolve around negative situations like yours.
    -someone who never saw a penny from any of my efforts, despite numerous promises from site operators that my accounts would be paid.

    For your own sake, you should get off Nitro (permanently), stay away from these boards, and don't even think about gambling. Easier said than done, but you can do it -- I know from your threads you have a music background (you used your personal website email as your cloudbet account lolololol)....use it! You're obviously a relatively sharp, well-spoken gentleman. You can do this.

    This case has been going almost 2 months now. It's this guy JacksonStreet's job to come into the thread trying to gain my friendship then flip the switch to try and convince me to go away.

    Look, I check on teh case a couple times a week. I put it out of my mind. I wouldn't keep checking on it if I didn't think I was due the funds, or that past precedent shows that cases like mine were always paid, and I repeat always paid in the exact words of cloudbet.

    I don't work for the site. I'm a 34 year old degenerate gambler (although I have a good job!) who has interacted with you MANY TIMES on Nitro chat over the past 5 years. You'd be shocked if I told you my username (I'm not dpad, though).

    Because you've said many times that you wish to 'put this behind you' and 'never think about it again'. I know that's impossible, though. Over time you'll give it up. I finally did after a BTC exchange closed their doors with $23k of my funds. It took me almost 2 years to stop trying, though. What a waste of time. I hope Cloudbet pays you, but I just wouldn't count on it. The O N L Y way you're getting that money back is if someone from SBR or OSGA steps up and demands Cloudbet pay you. Have you even opened a complaint with SBR>??

    I really hate sportsbooks and their operators. I hope they all go out of business. They provide destructive leisure and prey on people who have addictions.

    That being said, I think Cloudbet isn't paying you because 1) you lied up front and probably cost them a bunch of resources to investigate, and 2) you were CLEARLY trying to circumvent your negative balance issue by moving from BTC to BCH. Look, I've been betting in BTC for 5 years. Probably similar to you. There is NO REASON that either of us would have BCH. That alone tells me that you saw an opportunity to deal with them in BCH since your BTC account was in the hole.

    Look I don't want any more problems, I apologize for stating false facts in the beginning. I was scared I wouldn't get paid. My reality came true. I apologize about all of it... I think jackson knows my character, and is pushing me to walk away for own mental health and to live a fruitful life, it's definitely a tough situation.

    To the people talking crap and talking down to me, I'm sure you've done a lot worse than lie about your location when gambling on the internet. Good luck.

    Update: still no update from Cloudbet after the premature closing of the case months ago. They closed the case in my face and then continued to close the case multiple times in a few day period. Then after I presented the facts needed to fight the case, they stopped responding not only to me but to everyone and have been silent for two months. Definitely telling.

    Can we get an official word from Cloudbet? The reasons for confiscating the balance don't line up with past precedent of returning account balances to players, especially since I was a multiple year loyal losing customer and their reasoning is that I was a winning account was wrong. I'd like to get an official word from Cloudbet before deciding whether to stop updating the community on the matter.
