Ok, I will just publish the whole text of my complaint here. I am not sure why moderator is trying his best to make it all my fault, here is the full story.
I have been betting with bet365 for over 6 months now. Before my account was limited, I had absolutely no trouble withdrawing my money using my bank card, but after my ac was limited, all of a sudden everything has changed. I was told that Ukrainian banks stopped accepting transactions on bank cards in USD, so I got a new card in EUROs. Then I was told EUROs card is no good either, bet365 suggested they will send it to me via wire, in USD. Then via wire in EUROs. After few unsuccesful attempts they "somehow managed" to give me some money back to my bank card! That\'s after all those lies about Ukrainian banks. I have deposited about 1200$, my balance at the time of limitation of my ac was about 1900$, up till now they paid me about 7-8 hundred $, I am constantly fighting with them for about 2 months now. At the moment 3 or 4 withdrawals are pending, they don\'t know where the money are, they lie to me all the time, like once during one live chat they told me 3 different dates for 1 of my withdrawals, only because they have never attempted this withdrawal, just wasting my time. When they do attempt it, you can see it, because they send you withdrawal notice to your e-mail, but they stopped sending it, and since then I haven\'t received a penny - but they keep insisting that they are trying to send me my money. I am constantly contacting my bank every time they "send me money" and each time my bank tells me there was no attempt of depositing my account. I have given them 5-6 diff options of bank card and bank wires, diff banks, diff currencies, that\'s just out of order. They are happy to accept my money though, in any currency, in any way - but they don\'t give back. About two weeks ago I have requested their payments team to find an alternative way to give me my money back - they still haven\'t answered, and whenever I go to live chat they say they don\'t have any time frames to answer, I just have to wait. It\'s beginning to look like a scam, please help me to get my money back. I have plenty of screenshots with proves of their constant lies and contradicting their own previous statements. What an awful sposrtsbook they are, I have wasted probably full working week, 40 hours arguing with them.
