    complaint procedure

    Hi all, I am a newbie, I have registered 17/08 and filed a complaint, got the notification that my complaint was published on 24/08, but since then I don't get any replies from the support team at all. I can't find my complaint at the forum, I don't know if it was published, I just feel ignored and confused. I don't know how does it work here, is there any time frames for the complaint to go public, does it even go public... Could someone explain it to me?

    How do you feel ignored? I am pretty sure we have spoken... haven't we?

    Are you the same person calling Bet365 a scam because they say they have tried to pay you a number of times but your eastern European bank rejects it?


    You just need to find a way they can pay you by guy.

    Yes, we have spoken yesterday, and I did redirect my complaint to the e-mail address given by you. But before that all my letters to the support team were unanswered. Nothing to do with the banks, they confirmed to me that there wasn't a single attempt of depositing any of my accounts. Bet 365 keep promising me that they will send me a copy of the SWIFT payment to my accounts, but it never happened. Also, I made a request to their payments team a month ago about alternative way of getting my money, they are still thinking about it. A month. For a decision that should take 5 minutes. I am not the only one, guys at other betting forums say they have the same problem.

    By the way, where can I see my complaint? Is it published somewhere or you deal with it internally?

    You need to work with them to find a way to pay you. There must be some option that will work for you?

    SBR cannot make your bank accept the transfers and would not publish a news wire about this sort of problem.

    You want Optional to contact Eastern European bank and make them accept deposit from bet365?

    Isnt Bet365 most famous sportsbook in the world? lol

    is the money still in your account? i would try a different method to withdraw. if they removed it as if it was sent that is a little different cause the money has to be somewhere.

    Ok, I will just publish the whole text of my complaint here. I am not sure why moderator is trying his best to make it all my fault, here is the full story.

    I have been betting with bet365 for over 6 months now. Before my account was limited, I had absolutely no trouble withdrawing my money using my bank card, but after my ac was limited, all of a sudden everything has changed. I was told that Ukrainian banks stopped accepting transactions on bank cards in USD, so I got a new card in EUROs. Then I was told EUROs card is no good either, bet365 suggested they will send it to me via wire, in USD. Then via wire in EUROs. After few unsuccesful attempts they "somehow managed" to give me some money back to my bank card! That\'s after all those lies about Ukrainian banks. I have deposited about 1200$, my balance at the time of limitation of my ac was about 1900$, up till now they paid me about 7-8 hundred $, I am constantly fighting with them for about 2 months now. At the moment 3 or 4 withdrawals are pending, they don\'t know where the money are, they lie to me all the time, like once during one live chat they told me 3 different dates for 1 of my withdrawals, only because they have never attempted this withdrawal, just wasting my time. When they do attempt it, you can see it, because they send you withdrawal notice to your e-mail, but they stopped sending it, and since then I haven\'t received a penny - but they keep insisting that they are trying to send me my money. I am constantly contacting my bank every time they "send me money" and each time my bank tells me there was no attempt of depositing my account. I have given them 5-6 diff options of bank card and bank wires, diff banks, diff currencies, that\'s just out of order. They are happy to accept my money though, in any currency, in any way - but they don\'t give back. About two weeks ago I have requested their payments team to find an alternative way to give me my money back - they still haven\'t answered, and whenever I go to live chat they say they don\'t have any time frames to answer, I just have to wait. It\'s beginning to look like a scam, please help me to get my money back. I have plenty of screenshots with proves of their constant lies and contradicting their own previous statements. What an awful sposrtsbook they are, I have wasted probably full working week, 40 hours arguing with them.

    I AM working on it, constantly, but they don't. They are "thinking" of an alternative way to pay me for a month! They blame coronavirus for that lol

    Not all the money, I am constantly trying to withdraw money to different bank card, SWIFT payments in different currencies, it's a nightmare. At the moment 3 or 4 withdrawals are still pending. Every time I chat with them, I waste 2 hours with no result

    Bet365 is not a scam and will keep trying to pay you. There must be some option you can use. What about an e-wallet?

    There is not much SBR can do with banking issues when the book is still saying they want to pay you.


    If you really think that you have come to a brick wall and cannot get it resolved, maybe asking IBAS to look at it is the best next step www.ibas-uk.com

    Well, now your issue is public. It is a little bit hard to understand and follow. It sounds like SBR is right there with you but it might take a little more work. Good thing you are here to help describe the issue. I will say I am finding it very hard to follow. The writing needs to be a little more condensed and clear. Also, so many of the details need to be verified. It seems like a lot of work and I wish you luck. Keep trying. Best advice I can give to you is use shorter sentences with less descriptions, just the facts.

    Optional is going to give you good advice. If you keep having issues and are unable to resolve it, let the issue be known and I'm sure eventually it will be solved or you will come to an understanding of why and what happened. That way, at least you won't be confused about what is going on.

    In short: they say that they pay back the same way the money was deposited, but somehow those ways stopped working exactly the same time my account was limited. Before that Ukrainian banks had no problem whatsoever with accepting payments from bet365 in any form. I've spoken to them about e-wallet, cheques, **, anything... I am doing that for over 2 months now, and I know people who spent 6 months, providing plenty different cards and IBANs to get their money back, some of them just gave up.
