You aren't reading different posts. You are reading the same posts, but you are mis-reading the complaint.

While I agree the issue should only be that open bets currently should be handled appropriately, we cannot gloss over what they are actually doing.

Yeah. Just look at this thread. I actually got banned for this post, for 'too much trolling'. Mostly I just spoke honestly about my experiences with Sportsbooks, yet was banned for 'too much trolling' following this post. Maybe out of line, and deserving of something. But sadly I was completely muzzled. That thread pretty much says everything you need to know about the writing that was on the wall.

I certainly don't agree with your statements about all these businesses being ponzi schemes. But the 5Dimes condemnation should be very strong following how supported they were. Only a couple people in these threads would throw support 5Dimes way, met with agreeable responses from staff.

It's not a bad idea...The only problem I see is if the dog wins, you're going to be sweating bullets trying to pull out a much bigger balance from 5Dimes, and a 3-1 favorite is no sure thing....I'd try to find a 10-1 dog and do the same thing. Give yourself a 90%+ chance that the 5dimes balance goes to zero. Just know that there is still that small possibility that you would have a massive headache on your hand if the dog pulls out a miracle.

Just made my second check request, glad I did it today as I had no idea today was the last day for that. Will have to set myself up for BTC since I have about $400 leftover plus $300 on a +185 fighter for this weekend.

5Dimes stated more than once to me during the last week that I would have 48 hours from the time Fedex delivered the check to cash/deposit the check, the chat manager that called me and sorted out my payout reaffirmed this but honestly could not tell me when the clock starts considering I may be required to sign for the Fedex package, at this point I'm just along for the ride and hoping it all works out.

Yep, it's a little crazy. Going to do a few for small amounts. Say risk $500 for $100 on some games. Maybe some close spreads. Worth couple tries. Salvage something.

4) You'll get some fake looking check in the snail mail, but the check will actually get lost in your junk mail of newspaper and Trump/Biden flyers.
5) When you finally get a check in snail mail from CreditRapistsCheckCompany of Miami, the check will bounce.

My process on taking cash took less than 10 days. Only about 1100.00 bucks. I had to forward the front of my CC's, the one's i used to fund my account showing the numbers, my drivers license and a copy of a utility bill showing my name, address etc. The ck arrived today via FedEx Express and i was NOT required to sign for it.. The ck is drawn on a Canadian Bank.

Please point out where SBR is disagreeing with your problem. They are clearly calling out 5Dimes' handling of pending futures. You are choosing to interpret that very narrowly so as to not include your concern. I don't know why. If 5Dimes had carried out things according to SBR's recommendation, your issue would not exist.

You don'y HAVE to call. When you request a payout from 5D, you always get a verification email, and you sometimes get a verification phone call as well. People are calling 5D to complete the phone part, just in case...to get that possible step out of the way.

If you got an email without phone call first, you are on track. The call always comes first.
