IMO betus is significantly better than skybook and skybook is graded a B. They've been fair and generous with me for years and they have reasonably good CS. Just my experience.

The rollover has always started over for me. I would still clarify that with them though. I've never taken a casino bonus from them. I remember a thread where someone said that if you play even one slot they will turn your sportsbook RO into the much larger casino RO. I would be wary of the casino bonus.

I would just ask them. Even if the rollover doesn't automatically reset at $0, I have a hard time believing they're going to turn your money away during a pandemic.

So basically they are just outright stealing most of my balance with no chance of ever winning, my original deposit was about $1000 to begin with and am screwed for over $2000 because of a rule that isn't posted anywhere on the website and because of some person at Betpop that said it was fine to play at both books with bonuses.

If you're story is legit, the book is in the wrong here, and it's very concerning they would take this approach. Have you submitted your complaint to SBR yet?

No updates. Still same story. I did email the guy 2 times who responded back from the SBR complaint over the last 2 weeks, but he hasn't said anything yet since his original response like a month ago.

I have never had a book do this to me ever, I've tried some different good ones over time. I deposited with bitcoin so can't do anything funny with that. What I can say from how they were treating me since this started is they have lied to me about stuff, then try to make up stuff in order to take over $2200 off my balance and each time they were proven wrong. The only reason they have is that I took a bonus from Betpop a year earlier, which to me shouldn't cause them to take so much, I don't even know if that rule is even true because I still never seen it anywhere. It's like they asked me to do one thing I do what they ask, then they try to do something else or make something up. They told me to call to get paid my balance, then some manager comes on the phone to try and convince me why I'm only getting $200, in which there was no talking to him and no changing his mind, so I got tired of it and after like 10-15 minutes of saying how can you do this to me, I just hung up the phone. I think I only placed like 15 bets totally which started in December around Christmas I think.

They are hardly a shady book. I've been with them since they started and never had 1 issue and have always been paid faster than any other book. Just because 1 person has an issue doesnt make them a shady book. Who knows there might be more to the story than is being told.

They did try and lie to me at some point when I asked them why my balance was $200, they said you have more than one account with us. After I said "what are you talking about I don't have more than one account", they realized they just lied to me, then said "well okay since you have an account at Betpop and took a bonus before your balance is $200". I even said "one of the people at Betpop told me this was fine when I signed up them", but they didn't seem to care much. I did say earlier in this thread I did like playing with Betpop before this.
Don't you think I should get at the least my deposit back at the very least? Heres another lie, they said I can play with them without a bonus but my account is closed and I can't bet which means they are just stealing my money.

YouWager was a top-notch book for rec players. Lots of bonuses, easy payouts and little perks here and there..... and then it died about two years ago starting with the wheel.

The wheel wasn't really all that special. They have been giving 40% and 50% FP bonuses the last 2-3 months. 5x rollover and withdraw winnings anytime. Add in the fact that last period I probably lost $10k there and got the net loss bonus and the promotions are still very good.


The issue with having accounts at YW and BetPop are that the support team will tell you one thing even if its not true. I never played with BetPop because the support told me that I cant be active at both sites at the same time. I used to play poker there often and having the additional screen name would have been beneficial to me playing the bigger games. They said nope, can't have accounts with both.

Even though I've seen many say they have and play with both sites at the same time I listened to what support told me. They shouldn't confiscate any funds unless you were taking bonuses with both sites and betting against each other. Then I can understand them doing it.
