    I've used the virtual card for online purchases without a hitch(Amazon)

    never could use the oldV for anything online.

    Just received the new card in the mail. Have not yet to test out withdrawals at ATMs yet. Have anyone? Limits are $2K per transaction and $6K per DAY!

    Just installed the new mobile app and ordered new card. Had to verify with pictures of DL, selfie and SSN.

    I exclusively used their website (on a desktop) from different outside wallets to fund the old card.

    Now it looks like mobile app and bitpay wallet only to load the new card.

    This is getting ridiculous. Sent them all my info and pictures and they can't verify me. I've been a dam customer since the beginning. Why all this new verification when they already have my info? These places are ridiculous. I can open a regular bank account without sending personal photos to the bank. Maybe I need to smile in the photo? What the fuk?

    I deleted the app and installed the bitpay app again but to no avail. Once I sign in and then try to sign up for the ** I get the same message of "just a second, we're setting a few things up." It's stuck on this screen and I can't move past this. Help? Anyone else having the same issue?

    I got the email from them today, I noticed you have to have $10 in your account to request the new card. If I remember correctly it was around that amount for the previous card as well. Is this just another money grab?

    yeah....it took them about 3 days,and they finally got back to me with a fix.(it had something to do with my zip-code input)

    But as soon as they found a solution...it took me 5 minutes to get it ordered

    That wasn't true for me. I requested with no money and it said I would not be charged for new card. My problem is proving my identity when I'm already a customer lol.

    I'm not sure what you mean. I paid $10 for the original V isa card. I did not pay a cent for the new M C card, and BitPay shouldn't be able to access the money in our wallets anyways. So how would it be a cash grab?
