    Hi,

    I bet on orbit via asianconnect. I won a bet with an odds of 4 for a stake of € 12. This bet is won but the profit is only € 12.(see screenshot).
    I contacted asianconnect but they don't do much for me ...
    What should I do ?

    I checked the result and it's indeed a deadheat. So, only half of your bet "Won" while the other half "Lost".

    The settlement done by Orbit is correct here. You don't have a case.

    Are you thinking it was not a dead heat for some reason?
