USa Books Pushing DOJ To Ban Offshore Wagering By Sept 1 And Here Is why

    Just like I thought

Offshore is Booming more than ever because of usa wagering

Despite the growing options for regulated sportsbooks in the United States, the group says that in 2021, internet searches for offshore increased by almost 40%. Internet searches for offshore sportsbooks, with Bovada representing half of the queries, outpaced people looking online for regulated sportsbooks.

How do they legally ban businesses that are 100% legal in their own jurisdictions?

USA does not get to make rules for other countries nor can they ban Americans from using legal foreign business under international trade agreements.

USA already got convicted and fined for breaking international laws when they tried to ban Jamaica books.

That's why we ended up with the bans on money transfer businesses being used for gambling as a more legal way to try.

The legalization totally helped the offshore business it’s unbelievable I can’t even imagine how busy Bovada is

The all these new gamblers are starting to get educated and figuring out they’re getting ripped off at the USA places with terrible lines and no bonuses

Step up usa and keep business home

You should have posted the article, there are big players trying to ban offshore, to name a few MLB NFL NBA NHL PGA and a whole lot of politicians have signed on to this. It’s in attorney general Garlands hands now, and they specifically named betonline bovada mybookie and several other big name offshore books. This isn’t going to end well for those of us who use offshore, there absolutely no reason for the doj not to go after offshore at this point. Just do a google search doj going after offshore

Honestly I have been using offshore books until it got legalized in my state and have never had betters lines ,better juice and way better cash bonuses and free plays ever till I used regulated US books. I have had at least 20 -500.00 cash bonus one time roll over.and over ten thousand dollers in free plays in less then 12months.

Unless they can ban crypto, they can never ban offshore completely.

They meaning the US government. The only way they can truly ban offshore is to make it more difficult in moving money in and out. ** and ** is pretty much nonexistent for gambling purposes these days. If they did the same for crypto, offshore will lose 90% of its business

Goldie I feel like you're all over the map on this. One day you say the offshore books are begging for money and getting skinned alive by US legal, and the next the high juice is driving people offshore.

You forgot the most important part. It's way less profitable for a winning sports bettor with legal books. They are only going to get worse. If you are a recreational, then sure- Draftkings is great. Have fun! If you like making money? Forget it.

Yes the payout are excellent faster than Bitcoin and I’ve saved a fortune since I don’t have to buy and sell bitcoin anymore.

Talking with my betus account manager the other day. I asked him how US books and legalization are affecting offshore business. He said, "We're doing more business than we ever have. It's a madhouse here."

USA books could just try providing a better product and winning customers. As opposed to circumventing the free market with lobbying and bureaucracy.

Here's the thing. When UIGEA happened in 2006, and Black Friday in 2011, there was no warning ahead of time.

Not to mention we have crypto now.

I think this is mostly bluster on the politicians' part. Obviously there are no certainties though.
