    5Dimes horrible Payout and Verification

    I wonder how 5Dimes get here an A+ Rating. My experience is horrible. Never had such before with other bookies. I made a payout request:

    5dimes email: please send us your account nr., pin and picture of your passport
    I: send all via email

    5dimes email: sorry we need picture of your passport, you send us a picture of your id card
    I: dont have a passport just an id card

    5dimes email: sorry we can not process your message please give us your account nr. and pin
    I: ok send it

    5dimes: Ok accepted. Now we need to make the phone verification, please call us.
    I: call 5dimes

    5dimes Hotline: please give us your account nr.,pin, full adress and payout amount
    I: ok gave them all the information

    5dimes Hotline: Request declined you have to call from your number which is registered in your account
    I: ??
    I: check my account information and ok my mistake there was a number missing
    I: wrote to 5dimes chat please correct my phone number

    5dimes chat: please give us your account nr.,pin, full adress and phone number
    I: ok here you have

    5dimes chat: sorry you have to write an email to the support
    I: ok i send an email: please correct my phone number

    5dimes email: sorry we can not process please send us your account nr.,pin, full adress and phone number and copy of your passport
    I: ok sorry didnt know that and send them all

    I: ?? This is the number from where i call. OK my number 1672XXXX.
    5dimes phone: The number you sayed is not same number from where you call and which is in your account
    I: WHAT?? Its the right number
    5dimes hotline: the number from where you are calling starts with 0 and you say your number starts with 1
    I: This is the country code please check the rest of the number is the same
    5dimes hotline: wait a minute...
    5dimes hotline: ok accepted
    I: Buuuh

    5dimes email: for the verification of your payout we please send us you account nr. and pin and btc wallet adress.
    I: crying. OK all in now. Send them account nr, pin, full adress, phone number, picture of my id card (sorry i dont have a passport), btc wallet adress, selfie with id card in hand (sorry i dont have passport), payout amount and reference number. Double check all and send it.

    It's a beast to get that first one under your belt but in general it goes a lot smoother after that. But you will get the DBA issue in the future where you have to call in again. It happens to all of us. Most BTC only sportsbooks are light years ahead of 5Dimes. Actually, most any sportsbook is light years ahead of 5Dimes withdrawal procedures but one thing is for sure, you will get paid.

    It is correct if you use the first few experiences to learn the process and potential pitfalls. I haven't had a 5Dimes payout issue in 1.5 years - almost 60 payouts. Because I know what can go wrong and take proactive measures to make sure that doesn't happen. I'm not saying it's a wonderful thing you have to do that - I really wish their withdrawal process were as easy as Bookmaker or BetOnline, for example. But the problems causing delays and cancellations are completely avoidable.

Had to call myself.

    They also don't care about local time - for previous withdrawal they called around 3am

    I understand that they are responsible for the account security but this looks like to make the payout as hard as they can. Thats strange i have accounts on some russian bookies there a bad rated here. But never had problems on payout with them. Some of them never want to see anything for verification.

    i call 5dime monday at 9am they told me no available mother gram available,,,they told me to call tomorrow,,,they took deposit fast,,but withdraw i got to wait for availability ,,,i think they delay so you play in the casino or the sim game,,,

    Thank God nitrogen doesn't do any of that crap. All you need is password, 2FA, and btc address...boom, done...no chats, emails or phone calls.

    I think Nitrogen are fine. About the top crypto book there is. But they have great security systems and we see just as many threads here complaining about them as we do about 5Dimes. Actually per user, probably a lot more. Here is some threads from just the last month.

    5Dimes Scam

    Stay away from this bookie!! They will not payout or make this as hard as they can.
    I had a horrible experience with my first payout. But my second payout request is more worse.
    1. attempt: "Rejected due to pending more than 48hrs"
    2. attempt: "Rejected due to pending more than 48hrs"
    This is not my fault !?

    3. attempt: "Payout Rejected due to Phone Verification"
    I call them for the verification. They tell me i call from the wrong number which is not that in my account. So i check my account and see phone number is 0. But i didnt change that so they changed it themselves.

    4. attempt: "Please update your email and submit a new PO request"
    When i login into my account i get a message my email adress is wrong. But i didnt change anything there and the adress which is in my account is right. Support say "We had send you an email and it was returned as undelivered. Update your email" But my email adress in the account is correct and on this email i get every day promotions offers from 5dimes.

    I signed up at 5dimes cause i see here it has a A+ rating. But dont trust them this rating can only be bought. They make verification as hard as they can and they change account informations themselve or say that they are wrong although they are right and then they reject the payout. They accept just bitcoins, so there is nothing we can do if thing goes wrong.

    I stopped using 5dimes a few years back and this was one of the main reasons. Like others have said they always pay, but it can take time.

    It's irritating, but like someone said once you get used to the quirks you learn how to move the process along a little better. They always pay.

    Bookmaker is so easy by comparison... only thing I like about 5D is the expanded open parlays. Bookmaker for some reason only allows 2 open slots whereas 5D allows as many as you want up to the parlay max of 25. If BKM changed that I would literally never play on 5D again.

    Stop with the hyperbole. 5Dimes pays everyone.

    All of your failed attempts obviously have to do with the fact that your phone number and email are wrong in their system. Something must have gotten screwed up in your sign up process or something.

    Once this is corrected, you should be good to go. Just know that you should be expecting confirmation emails and possibly phone calls. If you don’t respond to these in 48 hours your request will be denied.

    In my case on signup i enter my phone number and email adress correct. BEFORE the payout request my phone number in the account was correct AFTER the request when i call them for the verification it was set to 0. Who changed this? Why? Im not. They say my email adress is not correct. But it is, checked it few times. How can i receive promotions emails when my adress are not correct? And i can not change the email adress and phone number for myself, always i have to contact the support for that. But i didnt. So who changed my phone number to 0? That makes no sense. Just for one reason: Make payout as hard as you can and the customer give up sometime.

    I'm not the biggest fan of 5D but I'm also not a fan of people coming on SBR and with their first few posts bashing an A rated book. They'll pay you when they are confident you're not a scammer. Relax and stop trying to bash them.

    I don't know. Maybe it's a system issue. Maybe you never actually saw the contact info saved in your account. The point is, they aren't trying to steal your money. They pay everyone. So again, quit with the hyperbole and let the process play out.

    Requested a cash out via bitcoin last night. Received a call this afternoon to verify my info. The guy on the phone was extremely nice and professional. An hour later I received the email confirmation and a few hours later the bitcoin was in my wallet. All in all about 24 hours and was seamless. I think its good they do these confirmations to verify its going to the correct address and person. If you have your ducks in a row its easy. In addition I received more then I requested. Im a bitcoin amateur but, I assume the price went up between the time they sent it and I received it? Not sure... Anyway, A+ with this 5 Dimes transaction!

    Which bookmaker are you comparing them to Sweep?

    Which of your favorite books makes you undergo KYC before allowing you to deposit so is not up to scumabggery???
