NBA Season Wins Bet - How should this be graded??

I placed a wager on the Spurs 46.5 Over, season total wins. On March 10th my wager was graded as a LOSS by the sportsbook. Obviously the very next day, March 11th, the season was suspended.

The terms of the Sportsbook for NBA Season wins are as follows:
    —————————————

    Regular Season Wins Props:

    1. NBA regular season win bets will be graded and have action when the following two things occur:
    a. The team, mathematically, cannot win the number of games indicated in the bet or has already won the number of games indicated in the bet.
    b. The team, at the time of grading, is expected to play all 82 games(or has already played all 82 games). In other words, there is no indication that the season will be or has been shortened at the time of grading.
    2. If there is any doubt that the season will be less than 82 games for a team, we will wait to grade regular season win bets until after the team plays its 82nd game. However, once a regular season win bet has been graded, it will not be changed, even if the team ends up playing less than 82 games.
    —————————————

The part in bold is the part that I’m focused on. By the time March 10th rolled around the NBA had already closed their locker rooms to media and non-essential personnel due to fears about the spread of COVID-19. In addition, one of the largest professional soccer leagues in the world, Italy Serie A, had already suspended their season in response to COVID-19. In fact, all professional sports were suspended in Italy on March 9th as a response to COVID-19. And, in the United States, the Indian Wells tennis tournament was officially cancelled on March 8th due to the increased fears of COVID-19. With these unprecedented cancellations on March 8th and 9th in the world of sports, there was certainly SOME doubt at that time that the NBA season would continue unaffected by the COVID-19 virus. This doubt existed prior to the grading of my ticket on March 10th. Obviously less than 24 hours later the NBA suspended the season.

    What do you guys think?

It sounds like it was just bad luck that after their loss 9th March they hit the point that they no longer could beat the total, and next day the book graded it as they would have normally.
