    Bookmaker.eu missing/not settled bet

Edit: After a technical review, there was no bet recorded like the OP thought he had placed.

We've communicated with the OP on this and will ask Bookmaker to review. What we know so far is he placed two bets. He has a ticket number on the wager that lost but the second wager he's saying disappeared there's not one so we'll have to ask Bookmaker to review, and will update once we know more.

    ----

    Hello everyone,

I'm curious if anyone ever had a bet at Bookmaker.eu that took an extremely long time to be settled. In my situation it has been more than three weeks now, and I'm not sure what my next move should be in order to resolve the situation.

On March 4th I have made two bets at Bookmaker.eu on the winner of the Arnold Palmer Invitational. One of them has lost, and has been settled soon after the event ended, but the other one which has won has "disappeared", as I cannot see it in neither the pending bets nor in the betting history. The funny thing is that something like this has happened to me before: a few months ago I had a couple winning tennis bets that have only been settled 3-4 days after the match ended. So at first I wasn't suspecting anything; I just waited patiently for my payout. However, after 10 days have passed I have run out of patience, and I sent an email to customer service so they could tell me what is happening with my bet. Several days have passed and I received no answer, so I contacted them via live chat where they told me I have no pending wagers.

Obviously I would not like to let this one go and I would like to receive my payout, but I'm not sure how to proceed from here. Do I go to live chat again and try to explain them the situation again? Can I file a complaint on this site in a situation like this? I also read somewhere in the forum that one of you guys had an issue with Bookmaker regarding a PGA Tour bet recently, so maybe something similar has happened to someone else too, I don't know.

Thank you for reading, have a nice day.

I have not heard of this before there.

But if you send in this form with your account and details of both the bet that lost and the bet you think has gone missing (like if one was placed before or after the other or at same time etc) we can ask a manager to look into it for you.

I'm not saying this is what happened here. But if a wager is voided on a day that your account had no other activity, the Transaction History for that day will be +/- $0.00, so you won't know anything happened on that day. But if you click on that day to show details, you'll see a voided wager.

I've had situations where a wager "disappeared", and I found that this is what happened. The wager was accounted for - it was just voided for a valid reason, which made it difficult to find.
