Okay. I'm NOT worried about what they tell people about specific accounts. I was trying to clear up the mixed messages they were sending out about ALL accounts (i.e. "all accounts including -105 accounts are eligible"). The fact that two people in this thread were each told two different things at different times tells me there is probably some confusion about this promotion among their customer service. No worries though.

I don't think you understand what I was saying. I'm not saying they are telling 2 different people different stories. They are telling the SAME person different stories at different times of contact. This happened to Hedgehog and it happened to me. That shows it's not an account-based differentiation thing. It's most likely a confusion thing, and probably caused by the fact that 99.9999% of their promos aren't available to all accounts, but maybe this one is the rare exception (and understandably so since they're trying to retain customers here).

But I totally understand not wanting to get involved. I just wanted to clear the air on what the actual conflict is here. I'm good to go. Thanks anyways.

My guess is the accounts on Heritage's "pros" list won't qualify for the 20% bonus (and they definitely don't qualify for the $100 weekly casino losses program), so the conflicting answers people are all probably correct: some -105 accounts will qualify while others won't .

NFL and NBA lines are 105 at LV. MLB and NHL lines at LV are basically the same as parent book BOL.

Promo could be worded better, just like many of their prop bets--so I understand your concern. I expect BOL will honor the bonus whenever any major sport returns, as this is the obvious intention of the offer. Using a technicality to reneg on this bonus would create a lot of ill will IMO.

That's my understanding. I spoke with them to clarify everything and they said you'd get 20 percent of your highest balance (calculated at the end of each day) even if you end up losing some or all of it.

That's how I understood it as well. I had $5k on BOL and $6k on Sportsbetting as my highest balances that I punted away. At least I'll be getting 20% of it back

What HedgeHog pasted in his post are the terms from when they first posted this promotion. I took a screenshot. There was a description to go along with these terms but I've read it again today and it's not crystal clear in this specific regard. I do agree with HH tha "3. Boost will be credited on the day of the first games." implies that only one league needs to start up, but I can see someone interpreting those words to mean something different. Although that interpretation would make the rules very poorly written, guaranteeing confusion.

If you're that concerned, PM Heritage Insider for clarification. I have 100% confidence they'll honor it, likely in August when major sports return. Personally I am much more concerned about BOL doing something sketchy regarding their bonus offer.
