BOL is playing games here. I received it on Sportsbetting no problem, but did not get it on BOL and lowvig. Live chat making it sound like they can't find my opt-in which is ridiculous, I opted in on all three and followed all the rules. BOL said they were escalating to a supervisor and I haven't heard anything since. LowVig can't even be bothered to reply to my email (I sent it on Friday). I'll be contacting a supervisor this afternoon if I have time, if not tomorrow. I'll be submitting a complaint if they don't make it right.

Alright, I can now confirm that BOL has paid my boost and it's the exact amount I was expecting. Halfway home at least, but still haven't heard anything from LowVig yet. I just sent them another email.

Confirming receipt (finally) of DSI's balance boost. Very decent chunk of change. Max cashout is 10k from that boost though. Looks like 5x rollover for the bonus AND winnings derived from it, but at the same time only 10k cashout. Kinda hard to do all and land somewhere in the middle.

yeah I dont get it...if you get 3k boost, and you win 3k from that, you have a balance of 6k that has to be rolled over 5x. What if balance clears 10k to say, 12k, or 15k? You can only cash out 10k, so they are always in the advantage; Either play till you lose, or punish you for winning by capping your max withdrawal, but also boffing you from behind by saying rollover multiplies every bet you win is added to the 5x...very strange.

Did you have to "opt in" or deposit new money, or something else to qualify for this? I have received no boost, nor have I ever received any info from DSI about a potential boost. Before I ask them about this, I want to have all my ducks in a row, to make sure it was for everyone, and not just selected clients. I'm up a decent amount on them over the last few years, so maybe I didn't qualify? Thanks for any info you have.

A) I have no received anything despite having opted in. I had been patiently waiting. It's a little concerning to see that you have it and I don't. I guess I'll have to follow up with them.

B) What you are describing is NOT what their terms say. Sounds like they categorized it as one of their stupid bonuses which require a 1X play thru + rollover of bonus+winnings. In no world is that a "cash bonus" (see #3 below). How did BOL and Heritage follow through with their promise while DSI does not? I hope this is just a temporary mixup.

This is what I was told by DSI when I asked why I didn't receive anything. It was only for selected accounts.

Inactive accounts with no balance that were willing to deposit were the account elegible.

Yes, TheGuesser, you had to opt-in. I think the offer popped-up when logging in cant remember it was several months ago, and I opted-in. No idea if for everyone or select customers; Im down a bit overall with them in 2 years.
The rollover terms are a headache. Not even sure worth it now, but it was a significant amount, but with that comes a significant rollover nightmare. I was looking forward to a nice cash boost, not another dreadful bonus balance added to my account.

guys sorry to clarify: its not a freeplay, it is cash technically, but put in the bonus portion of account, so youre limited can only wager in regular sportsbook, not any other platforms. Their baseball lines are downright scary right now, like 40-50 cents scary.

But I think you have it backwards. It's 1X of the bonus to determine your rollover amount. Whatever your bonus+profit amount is, that's what has to be rolled over 5X to release the funds. This is how I remember all my DSI bonuses working, and it's exactly what @DISTROYA describes in his post upthread.

I received a boost bonus from DSI and can confirm that this is the way it works. This promotion did not come as advertised, sadly. I had a bonus of only $500. During the initial 1X turnover I got hot and ended up with a bonus balance of $2000. So now I have a rollover of $10k to clear, which is not exactly what I bargained for. Stick with the solid books, gentlemen.
