    Lowvig.ag Deposit scam

I just deposited with lowvig for 5 litecoin and they only credited me with $200 when they should have given me over $400!! They took 215$ in fees!!! Big scam if they claim it was all for processing fees! I am following up with their service email to see if i can get credited the other 2 + litecoin value.... beware

I am sure it is just an error. They are reliable and will fix it for you.

If they dont, send in an SBR Sportsbook complaint form and we can ask them about it or you.

it just took them until their deposits department had a chance to look at it.

I love how people race to use the word “SCAM” before they’ve even given the book in question a chance to respond.

Top notch. They are part of the Betonline family. Low juice, relatively high limits and quick payouts.

Not defending the title but I have waited many days for lowvig customer service to respond to issues.

And they still owe me $ for the super bowl from over a year ago for misgraded prop(s) https://www.sportsbookreview.com/for...recording.html .

I am not saying they are a scam but their customer service can certainly leave customers with that impression at times.

They don’t owe you since your prop didnt play out as posted. Atleast that’s how I read the thread.

Same management as BOL. Sharp bets at low-vig will move both line-sets. The downside is that most limits are just $500. It's great for smaller sharps.

It's a low vig, lower limits, minimal customer service option outfit.

They do not pay for staff to respond to the usual 80% of silly questions and time wasters, and you get the benefit of lower juice.

If you want fast response customer service you need to go elsewhere and pay for it.

If you are a normal bettor who never needs to "clarify" things with your book and can accept that email support takes a day or so every time, then lowvig is an awesome option.

Overnight limit on CBB 1K, NHL 1K.... NBA All-Star 5K . Pretty standard

Other than props I'm not sure I often see $500 limit but maybe I'm not profiled as "sharp" idk.

I blocked it out of my memory (due to pain of dealing with their customer service) but pretty sure a prop bet was if jon bon jovi would be shown durring the super bowl. The thread literally has a link to a screen shot of him being shown on that broadcast. So yes they do owe me $ for that one. The other wager is up for debate but I cant see how you can say they dont owe me for the prop of JMJ being shown

Sounds like someone who is fortunate never to have had a misgrade (or any other issue) at lowvig.

The whole group (betonline and sportsbetting included) have a lot of good things about them. I havent used the 3 as much the last 6 months or so, but as a whole, their customer service is probably the worst of any "legitimate" company I have dealt with in any walk of life. When things go smooth they are great, but getting issues fixed with them when they do come up is a process I dread like no other.

If you see the thread I linked Bet #2 in question is a clear winner yet I dont deserve the $ because they are low juice? If I wanted to be paid out, I should play at a high juice book that could fix mistakes?

    Not really.

But if I did have a mis grade at Lowvig I understand they probably wont reply to me immediately, or today.

They probably even make sure they never reply same day to not give people a reason to ever expect it.

They specifically set up a low overhead version of BOL and pass on the savings.

You can get exactly the same thing with higher limits and full CS at Betonline if you prefer it that way.

The idea that lowvig purposely doesnt respond to emails the same day as to not raise customers expectations leaves me speechless.

And I am waiting now over a year for a wager to be properly graded. Obliviously its not malicious or incompetence on their part. They just wanna make sure I dont expect fast service so they are taking their time.

Maybe with SBR and fixing complaints betonline customer service is acceptable. But day to day operations, I have found their customer service to be rated D-F in my book with most issues that have ever come up(issues are rare lately thankfully). And now that I think of it, I have found no difference in the email response time between betonline/lowvig/sportsbetting through the years. Betonline and sportsbetting offer live chat, but the email is just as slow at the other 2 in my experiences. I think they are just BAD at email support.

Safety of funds, who knows. Speed of payouts/wagering options/limits the group is top notch. Customer service? Much room for improvement from my decade+ dealing with the group of books.

Regarding limits at LV, you can bet the max allowed and then bet again after waiting just 1 minute.

I fully get that. I expect better than what they give. You wanna take days to respond to issues, dont misgrade. Dont mess up. simple as that. What other company on earth takes days to respond and doesnt fix issues? Customer service isnt just slow, its bad.

Correct the mistakes that you make. Is that an impossible standard?

If you choose to have no customer service (still waiting on rectification on a super bowl wager from last year despite handing them proof of the correct side on a silver platter) then you need to not make mistakes (yes thats impossible which is why they need better customer service than they have IMO)

Looks like you cN get 20% added on balance same as BOL.

    Good deal with reduced juice.
