    Missing money from Cashpoint!

    I'm posting this on the behalf on my friend who is having problems with Cashpoint for the past few days.He deposited and a day later the money are missing from his account, without making a single bet.He showed me that he send the money with moneybookers and he has the payment in his history.And he has written over 10 emails to them for the past week and they are not replying to him and I told him that I'd post here looking for help.

    Has your friend tried calling them? Perhaps there's a problem with their e-mail...

    Come on - a bookmaker having problem with their phone for a week.IT sounds very funny to me..... And he deposited a small amount of money around 50 euro.Why do he has to make international phone calls , because somebody isn't doing his job right.

    Fine, don't call, don't find out what the problem is, don't get paid.

    Alternatively, buy a cheap international calling card, call and find out the problem, and chalk it up to dealing with a small Euro book that doesn't have LiveChat or a good reputation for customer service.
