European moving to the US. What book would you recommend?

I've gotten a few offers to move across the Atlantic and am doing abit of research on possible bookies. At the moment I am using (and loving) Pinnacle but I guess I will have to say farewell to her.

I am not a high-roller although I would prefer a point-better line than a bonus. Mainly betting college basketball and MLB. Safety/security in withdrawals is obviously also a top priority. So which one would you recommend?

    Thanks in advance

If you are not betting big 5Dimes will be as close to Pinnacle's pricing.

Thank you for the quick reply.

I've been looking at 5Dimes before but as with most others it seem to be the standard -110? I guess I'll just have to get used to that.

    Thanks again

best advice is stay where you are!

and be warned that if you have a Betfair account don't try any clever ways of accessing it from the US .... they are pretty smart and have caught several players out and closed their accounts permanently.

If you wanna invest in sports , stay where you are! Why everybody want to come here when life in old Europe has lot more freedom and quality from each and every angle???

If your European than i assume you probably bet alot of soccer to. BetPhoenix is pretty solid for a soccer book that Americans can use.

You can't possibly be serious. As bad as things are over here, have you checked out what's been going on in Europe lately? Our current 10% unemployment is considered normal over there. The Euro zone is in critical condition with several members in danger of default. And still almost no growth.

There's much more important things in life than freedom in sports betting.

10%? Is that all? I'm pretty sure we're higher if you count people that gave up seeking employment.

Europe is a much friendlier gambling jurisdiction. Anywhere you can play in the U.S., you can play in Europe. But there, you have lots of extra options that add to your yield.

I'm guessing Euros get way more heat from US-facing shops.

Like I said, I am not a high-roller and if I am moving over it is to do a Ph.D which kinda outweighs my 10-15K bankroll.
I am mainly betting on college basketball and MLB so heavy juice on soccer is not a problem.

And yes, I agree. Europe is much friendlier when it comes to this. I am living within 5 minutes of three different bookies (actual shops) at the moment.
