Deposited $600 yesterday and they gave me first time deposit bonus of $600 freeplay. Only one problem, it wasn't my first deposit. My first was for $300 and they forgot to add FP bonus. When I made the second deposit (they added FP bonus). What I didn't realize was that it included a 12x rollover of $1,200 before I could make withdrawal. I'm currently up $2k and asked for $1k payout. They refused b/c I haven't hit rollover yet.

Go easy on me, I'm a newbie, but could use some advice:

1. Should I keep money in there and try to get to rollover ($14,400)? (is there a way to do this where I can keep my account relatively easily)
2. Complain to management and see if I can get FP removed?
3. Deny charges on my CC, since they they F'ed up on my first deposit? (not feeling great about this book right now).

Have you used any of the free play? Probably too late now anyway. $14,000 isnt too unreasonable. Read up on the terms of the freeplay and continue to place your normal bets. Take note if there is a timeline for the rollover or a max bet size that counts towards the rollover. I know nothing about Wager.dm so I cant offer advice there but I would continue to grind away at the rollover with $50-$100 bets. You can do it, just be smart.
Another option is to bet the other side at one of your other sites for a similar amount, that can be tricky but is an option. Does this book have a history of paying winners?

Thanks so much! I appreciate your input. I asked them to remove the FP and they won't. I "think" they are at least a legit book. They have an American rep in Vegas who seemed like a pretty reasonable guy. However, I know anytime you deal with "offshore" books you're taking a risk. Maybe I should call Mark back and use the now famous line: "I'd like you to do me a favor though...."

Pologq--since you're so good looking. How would you meet the rollover in the safest way possible? Just grind with small bets for a long time? Bet the other side at another book? Believe it or not, i'm actually college-edubacated...but am out of my lane in this world. you guys have made this into a very interesting industry. I feel like Forrest Gump on this forum.

I saw they have a B rating here at SBR. That’s the good news, bad news is there isn’t much information from SBR or posters to go on. You don’t see many B rated books fly under the radar like they have. Im sure others will chime in over time with advice. If you’re going to grind out the rollover, start with small straight wagers and work your way up. $14400 with $2000 is doable, plus your winnings from the free play. When you get hot start increasing your wager amounts, not the other way around.
One note on your freeplays, don’t place a wager that could potentially tie/push with your free play money. Either buy or sell the half point or pick a different game. You won’t get the free play amount back, basically a tie is a loss for freeplays.

You can ask for the bonus to be cancelled, but that will take away your winnings from it too. So I would not.

No use betting other side at another book as you will lose 5-10% on the juice, which is $700-$1400 on $14000 of bets on both sides.


Just plan to make 144 x $100 bets and hope you pick better than 50% is my advice.
