If you didn't use the methods" Passing funds" then you should be paid,as the players themselves don't have to run the risk of brokers partners.
I believe that if you didn't use this method, then Asianconnect will pay you,as they know that in the in the long run,if they do not pay you, they will lose customers, which means much more money.

You can believe what you want, I posted all bets on the account in a link near start of this thread. Asianconnect just told me they have closed my account and decided to keep my money citing "passing funds" as the reason. Asianconnect have been absolutely useless merely saying sorry and that it's not their decision. Essentially what I've found is that asianconnect are fine when everything is going well but when there is a problem they are not the ones to solve it (or to speak to their customer in a non robotic scripted way - which is infuriating).

This is the problem with agents, and the main risk we take using them.

If one of their sportsbooks/exchanges decides something (IE voiding a bet or confiscating funds etc), then they just seem to go with that and dont really get involved.

It all depends on the quality of the bookmaker/exchange you use via the agent. For example with Pinnacle you know you will rarely get any issues unless you past post or take a completely incorrect line. But with some of the shadier books you will get regular voids and worse.

I do think you will eventually get your funds returned as looking at your betting history its obvious you were not passing funds, but this goes to show the extra risks involved using agents sadly.

There has been a resolution. I’m giving asianconnect a chance to explain themselves to me before I get into it further.

A "resolution" means you got some/all of the money?

SBR was not directly involved so I don't know any more than OP shared.

But at the time I assumed it meant the OP came to understand AC88 were victims too and accepted some sort of compromize.

Perhaps... We would have appreciated Kz1988 came back to give us more details about the resolution... Would it be possible that AC imposed him some kind of "confidentiality"??

I’m solely curious as towards if a sportsbook seizes a clients money that is using a 3rd party does that client have no recourse. Can they not report it to any sort of commission? It doesn’t seem like AC88 cares to much to aggressively advocate for their clients and care more about protecting their relationships with the books to continue to have that access.

I doubt it. I'd guess they would much prefer the OP had explained reading back now.

Agents like AC88 usually explain to clients that we have no recourse if we do not agree with upline bookmaker decisions. And that if an upline confiscates funds or voids bets, the agent does not go into bat and argue for you.
